It was the greatest Armada in the history of the world.  And may we never have to assemble that size of force again.D-Day was only the start of a month of Hell.  My father and his fellow soldiers saw more bloodshed during that month then during the whole war.  It was the beginning of the end for the Nation from Hell.  And when I once asked him was it worth all the death.  He said:  “Yes.  For we knew exactly what we were fight for, who we were fighting against, and what the Bastards would do to the US if they had a chance.”It was the only time I had ever heard my father speak a cuss word in my life.

Thank you for the amazing picture.  I have never seen it done with the coloring.  This is a remarkable day in our history–a time when our country had solidified behind the cause of right instead of their own cause.
