People really aren't aware of how these sub humans think, i.e. in their chat rooms, etc  " If an infant smiles when you touch them, they are consenting ". To them, a smile equates to consent, and many children suffer for it. They make their own rules, as it seems most folks on the internet do these days, and must be stopped.
