While I would generally agree with Mr. Reagan that we need to be united behind the United States, our government DID conspire against it’s citizens in 1962 with Operation Northwoods, which called for flase-flag terrorism to be implemented against citizens in Florida and elsewhere, to be blamed on the Cubans. Should I be shot for stating that?

I keep seeing more and more of the nut case conspiracy advocates getting major press. These people need to be ignored. They are power mongers who have nothing and are trying to make it into something. The sad part is they do it at the expence of good American citizens. In this case they do it at the expense of our troops.Open up the courts for Sedition Trials! The problem is that 3/4ths of Hollywood and the Democratic party would have to be imprisoned.

Seems that there is also a requirement that you must have, at some time also sworn allegiance to the US. But, in any case, demoralizing troops that are in battle should be treason. That’s not “free speech” mike, it is assisting the enemy though.

Sedition ,treason, traitor, they’re all trying to bring this nation to it’s knee’s I couldn’t get the vid on Sass, yet again. I think I’m missing a few brain cells when it comes to you tube/coding and blogging. I initially was going to leave this story alone, but was too angry with what Dice was doing to our Troops.Then the Rosie O. moonbat said Reagan was scary, and well…I’m pissed.Everyone has free speech unless the left wing fanatics, that moronic PC group of holier than thou, deem otherwise. I’m starting to think if they get their itty bitty feelers hurt, their feelings are allowed to usurp our free speech and THAT is scary.I’m gonna say it now and be done…I know some truther’s, I know some dems, I know some ultra liberal people. They are the epitome of hypocrisy. They use words they are trying to ban, they say things in private that they won’t say in public…all to be PC. That kind of person is the worst, and cannot be trusted. That kind of person will get us all killed in their attempts to suck up, kiss ass and make nice.But ask yourselves…what kind of person would the truthers want to have their back..like say..in a foxhole ? They wouldn’t want one of their own !

Mike, I DID NOT say that it WAS treason, I know the definition of TREASON, and the application of that term was done by Mr. Reagan...

Personally, I think Mr. Reagan mis-spoke in that accusation, I am of the opinion that the Truthers are guilty of sedition:

–noun

1.	incitement of discontent or rebellion against a government.

2.	any action, esp. in speech or writing, promoting such discontent or rebellion.

Under no circumstances is free speech treason. Saying that 9/11 is an inside job is not treason. Sending letters to the troops informing them of that is not treason. It’s free speech, protected by the constitution. Treason is actually acting to overthrow the government. Free speech is not the same as taking an action. Might I point out though, that the founding fathers of the USA were considered to be committing treason against the British.

So, what’s the problem? Seems to me there are a few folks running around these days that could be described as traitors. The definition of treason:

1.
the offense of acting to overthrow one’s government or to harm or kill its sovereign.

2.
a violation of allegiance to one’s sovereign or to one’s state.

3.
the betrayal of a trust or confidence; breach of faith; treachery.

Maybe if we shot a few who are guilty of treason, it wouldn’t be so widespread? Just a thought. I might be wrong.
