Gov. Jindal came up with a next best punishment, but it needs to be with a very old, dull, rusty hatchet, or a hammer maybe….uh, smelling salts, ’cause ya wouldn’t want the jerk to pass out…. and a hot poker to cauterize the wound…. wouldn’t want them to bleed to death, would we? SCOTUS wouldn’t like that…..

Seems to me that once upon a time rape of a child carried the death sentence, but I may be wrong. I know this case in Louisiana will be taken care of in the prison to be sure.

Cary, you know we can’t do that, it’s against the law to kill ‘em, and you’ll have every one of those idiots that think we’re radical racists calling the Secret Service and telling them that you threatened the SCOTUS.

But, we can’t vote em out, the SCOTUS is for LIFE, and that’s a seriously bad deal too.

I mean, other than your solution, or hoping that the 5 libber asshats all die in a fiery plane crash together, or something of that nature, what ARE our options?

Execution of pedofile creeps who harm our children is NOT cruel and unusual punishment – in my opinion, it’s not punishment enough.. (if that’s possible — execution is pretty final). At least if they are executed, we know they will burn in hell…….
