Klan Leaders and Racists agree; Endorse Ron Paul

OK, just when you think it can’t get any more disgustingly weird where Ron Paul and the accusations of RACISM are concerned, Klan Leader David Duke endorses Ron Paul.

What follows is a compilation of links that show you where a lot of Ron Paul support comes from, and further proves that Ron Paul is more like WRONG Paul.

Top 10 Racist Ron Paul Friends, Supporters

Ron Paul has a lot of racist supporters, including white supremacist website Stormfront, conspiracy theorist group the John Birch Society and neo-Confederates who believe that the South was right during the civil war. And the support is mutual. While Paul would like you to believe that his connection to racism ended with his newsletters, he has continued to address this group well into the 21st century. Take a look at Ron Paul’s top 10 most-racist supporters.

The above is a pretty good list, but there’s more … there’s ALWAYS more.

This is a favorite of mine, a former Libertarian takes it TO Ron Paul:

Ron Paul is the Real Warmonger

In the last few weeks I’ve been called a neo-con, a Zionist, and a warmonger in various online forums. All by “liberty” supporting Ron Paul fans who insist that history is calling Ron Paul to step forward and rescue America from itself. While I’ve always been on the right I was at one time a Libertarian so I’ll accept the term neo-Con, and since I believe in the historical claim of the Jewish people to Israel I’m fine with being called a Zionist. But it is Ron Paul and his followers who are leading us down the path to world war, not people like me. SOURCE

Recently, and I can’t remember where, but I saw a blog article that said they don’t believe Ron Paul is an anti-Semite, but they DO believe he is NOT a supporter of Israel. Maybe so, I am guessing that non-support of Israel must not make you an anti-Semite, but it’s sure got to be in the ball park.

Can you get a better *racist* endorsement than this?

“Again, I go back to that, you know, traditional topic that I always talk about, you know, the powers of international Zionism–a power in banking, a power in media, a power in government influence, in campaign finance–a power that’s, you know, hurting the values of this country on behalf of Israel,” Mr. Duke said. “So, I would vote for Ron Paul at this moment because he’s one of the few candidates who have policies in this regard and this realm that I wholeheartedly support, and that’s why I’d vote for him.” SOURCE

I have always heard it said, “Where there’s smoke, there’s fire”.

I now have to wonder, if Ron Paul isn’t a racist, albeit perhaps a *closet racist*, why then are so many avowed racists coming out in support of him?

The following is a bit dated, Feb. 2010, but the message is still the same.

OPINION: Ron Paul Is A White Supremacist

Originally, when I began reporting on the Neo-Nazis and conspiracy theory driven right wing extremists and their associations with Ron Paul, I assumed they were a fringe group who jumped on to the Ron Paul bandwagon. Then after doing extensive research, I realized that not only did the Neo-Nazis and the John Birch/Timothy McVeigh based conspiracy theorists support Ron Paul, but Ron Paul supports the views of the Neo-Nazis and the conspiracy theorists.

There are several pieces of evidence tying Paul to both white supremacists and right wing conspiracy theorists. One connection that ties Paul to both Neo-Nazis and conspiracy theorists, is his close connection to the John Birch society. The John Birch Society is a group that has been called, paranoid, radical, racist, and extremist, and believes in a Jewish/Freemason conspiracy to transform the world into a communist “New World Order.” SOURCE

There are many more links on the ‘net, you can easily find them just as I did.

The one question I have is this, HOW can ANYONE of sound mind support Ron Paul?

Edit to Add: I have to give credit where credit it due, the following pics were swiped from Rob Bush and his Facebook page. Rob blogs at American and Proud.

    Ye, gods!

Please tell me it’s not possible for Ron Paul to get the GOP nomination.

    PLEASE!

  2. Bunkerville says:

More ammo for the left to protray the GOP as nuts. What in the world is wrong with Iowa? We can only hope he tanks but soon. They are a cult. No more no less.

  3. Bloviating Zeppelin says:

The microsecond Paul went Truther, he left me behind.

Ron Paul is just too old to handle the duties of a US President.

Most of his ideas are really scary, and I do not think he could manage his cabinet to my satisfaction.

    I’ll stick with Gov. Perry.

  5. BobF says:

David Duke was a Democrat but became a Republican because he believed the BS about Republicans being racist. Republicans rejected him big time. If he was smart, he would have stayed a Democrat and most likely had a Senate seat right next to Robert Byrd.

Ron Paul likes to reference the Constitution but I noticed he never gives chapter and verse in referencing it.
