Cracking Chicago and New York will be the big ones as far as this issue goes. Here, Denver is fighting earlier changes in the law based upon our &quot;Home Rule Clause&quot; in the state Constitution. I foresee that similar shenanigans will be pulled by authoritarian big government types everywhere.</description>
