This is the sort of issue that the ‘War Between the States’ was actually fought over. The Fed’s have since 1860 said they are the final authority on every damn thing and we all know where this has led. Into a bloated Fed bureaucracy that doesn’t give a damn about its citizens. And where the ‘rights’ of some murdering bastard from Mexico are more important than what that murdering bastard actually did.

San Francisco needs to learn a thing or 2 from Texas. They let an illegal alien felon go free because of their benighted "sanctuary city" policy. He murdered 3 people. This cold blooded killer won't face the death penalty; it offends the sensibilities of the goo-goos who live there.

By the way, when I was overseas in Japan and Korea, we were told we were subject to the laws of the host country, and the U.S. government and U.S. military would not intervene if we were arrested. So, host country rules it is.
