Hard hearted? No. Rational. I always enjoy doing the “reverse” spin: what if I was in Korea? I drove off a pier. South Korea, let’s say, has something similar to a 911 system. Would I expect all their operators to speak English? Or what if I were Spanish and in Korea? Or what if I were Russian and in Korea? Or what if I were French and in Korea? Ooops, bad example, sorry; no one much cares about the French. But you get my point.

20 YEARS in MY country and you CAN’T EVEN SPEAK MY LANGUAGE? Sorry folks, I threw out my compassion on this kinda crap when I first began blogging. This is nothing more than thinning the herd.

Is it cold? A bit. Is it true? 100%.

Would the operator have been able to help them even had they spoken English? Probably not. But at least we’d have found their bodies sooner.
