I have NO problem with that either, my girls graduated 2 1/2 weeks ago and we cheered too, as did ALL the parents and families, I think it’s ridiculous to expect otherwise…

But then again, she was drunk. Don't know about that state's laws but Fornicalia has a general 647f PC "drunk in public" law which would have been wonderfully applicable in this case, instead of having to go the stupid "mad-dogging" route -- in this case, the mad dog was a true model of restraint.
