NEW YORK (AP) – The Rev. Al Sharpton denounced Paris Hilton’s release from jail on Thursday, saying it had “all of the appearances of economic and racial favoritism.”
“I think that it’s both another glaring display of how race and money seem to get different treatments. There seems to be a different criminal justice system for some than others,” Sharpton said.
After only three days behind bars, Hilton traded her 12-by-8-foot cell for her 2,700-square-foot Hollywood Hills home because of an unspecified medical condition.
Hilton was to be under home confinement, wearing an electronic monitoring ankle bracelet, for the remaining 40 days of her sentence for violating probation in a reckless driving case.

I haven’t posted one word about this skanky little spoiled Hilton brat, until now, and it pains me greatly to say this but I am in FULL agreement with Al $harpton, and that’s a really strange feeling, it’s never happened before, but Al is right this time and when someone speaks the truth, it’s irrelevant WHO it is, the truth will stand the light of day…
This little crying stunt Hilton pulled, and calling in her psychiatrist and lawyers has done nothing but make a mockery of the judicial system in California, and $harpton hit it on the head when he said, “There are any number of cases of people who handled being incarcerated badly and even have health conditions that are not released,” and then went on to say, “But I think that it gives a very bad signal when Ms. Hilton is treated any differently than any other parole violator in their county or in this country.”
The judge that let this little rich bitch run home laughing her ass off at ‘the system’ needs to be removed from the bench too, for crying out loud, did she slip him an autographed copy of her sex tape with a bit of ‘personal demonstration’ thrown in for good measure??
Paris Hilton is laughing her ass off at all of this now, she’s at home, in the lap of luxury, eating gourmet food, sleeping in her bed, drinking Perrier, hanging out in her house, with servants waiting on her, hand and foot…

Al Sharpton is correct however; if this was a black person in the same situation, and got let out….He would be silent.
The main premise for his statement is RACE as always, While I agree with him here, I think he should STFU until he is willing to spend the same time and effort on Whitey that he does on the “Brothers and Sisters”.

The judge had nothing to do with it and has ordered Paris to appear in front of him at 9:00AM tomorrow morning where’s he’s likely to return her to jail, he was pissed.

Yeah, I got it too, Paris Hilton Ordered to Return to Court but it wasn’t in play when I wrote the story… I love it, I hope they lock the little bitch up and leave her there… And Baca wasn’t really mentioned, not that I saw, not until the order to bring her back in… Oh well, maybe the judge gets a pass on this one…

The judge wrote in his order, No Work Furlough, No Work Release, No Electronic Monitoring, No week-ends off, and No City Jail.

Where’s Sharpton – throw in Jackson, as well – with his outrage over the four animals that pulled a Muslim type torture fest on the two white kids? Sorry to say, I can’t remember their names or where this took place. They performed unspeakable acts on them but I guess it’s okay since the animals are black. This division on race is really wearing thin. No wonder membership in the KKK is on the rise - something I abhor, by the way.

I hate to say it but if you take out the part where Sharpton said it was because she was white, he’d be bang on and I would agree with him 100%.. I am reminded, however, of OJ Simpson, Michael Jackson and numerous other black sports stars and Rappers who have committed crimes and have gotten away with them from greasing a few hands.
IMO this whole thing has NOTHING to do with race since all races get away with it… it’s all about da money.
