    Sheesh, Fred. Look at that storm track.

    How many times are we going to have to bail Louisiana–and New Orleans in particular–out of hurricane messes?

    This is starting to get ridiculously expensive if you ask me.

    And I think you’re right. Gustav may have innoculated those folks to the hurricane threat. They may not want to leave this time. And that could be a disaster. And it may be a no-win situation for Bobby Jindal.
