First: Lock down the borders, no entry other than proper channels. second: All businesses hiring illegals forfeit their business to the state. 3rd: ALL illegals currently in must register, and pass the citizenship test, ONE try if they fail they're deported (that takes care of at least 4 million) if they pass they must enlist for 4 years in the service. I think I could live with that "Reform" anything else is BS. Do you know how easy this bill would be to get a LARGE majority of support?
