Nifong did this because he KNEW it would be EASY to prosecute WHITE BOYS for rape and, more importantly, MONIED WHITE BOYS because, after all, no one likes SUCCESS unless they THEMSELVES are successful — it was EASY to get the MEDIA and the rest of the community to BELIEVE that ALL these MONIED WHITE BOYS were GUILTY SUSPECTS.

And yes, he did it because, in today’s climate, WHITE BOYS are the EASIEST to SCAPEGOAT and LABEL. Everyone else could be potentially “dangerous” as protected classes. He is a coward, a craven, arrogant, gutless narcissist.

I am NOT 100% certain of this but I heard on one of the MSM things that he can’t be sued as the prosecutor… He was in the ‘act’ of his job or some such crap, it doesn’t seem right but that’s what they were saying…

BUT, if O.J. could be sued by Goldman’s family after he was found NOT GUILTY, well, I would think a civil trial would be feasible… But I’m NOT a lawyer and that is just MY opinion…

Yep, glad to see this happen. Now if the good citizens will just tar and feather him and run him out of town tied to a fence rail like people used to do to those who committed outrageous offenses against the populace, his victims might feel a little better.

As it is, disbarment will not repair the damage, and I hope his victims sue him into a state of lifelong poverty.
