I think Pakistan would make an extraordinary example of a large crater with copious amounts of nuclear fallout.

Either they are with us on the “War on Terror” or they are with the terrorists. If they are with us, they would wipe out the infested area. Since they won’t do that, they must and should be treated as an enemy and WE will wipe out the infected area, even if it means all of Pakistan.
