I'm not certain it would make any difference though if we had a male Secty of State if they are non-Muslim. As Infidels, we mean nothing to them. They can lie, cheat and steal in regards to Infidels and it is Allah's will. Conversely, if we had a Muslim Secty of State, we couldn't trust him (it wouldn't be a her). So, conclusion is, it is a no-win situation when dealing with Islamic countries by diplomacy. The only diplomacy they understand is force.
