JERUSALEM – Evidence has emerged that Sen. Barack Obama belonged to a socialist political party that sought to elect members to public office with the aim of moving the Democratic Party far leftward to ultimately form a new political party with a socialist agenda.
Several blogs, including Powerline, previously documented that while running for the Illinois state Senate in 1996 as a Democrat, Obama actively sought and received the endorsement of the socialist-oriented New Party, with some blogs claiming Obama was a member of the controversial party.
The New Party, formed by members of the Democratic Socialists for America and leaders of an offshoot of the Community Party USA, was an electoral alliance that worked alongside the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, or ACORN. The New Party’s aim was to help elect politicians to office who espouse its policies.
Among New Party members was linguist and radical activist Noam Chomsky.
Obama’s campaign has responded to the allegations, denying the presidential candidate was ever a member of the New Party.
But the New Zeal blog dug up print copies of the New Party News, the party’s official newspaper, which show Obama posing with New Party leaders, list him as a New Party member and include quotes from him.

Folks, I’m not going to go all negative here, I’m not going to say that this election is in the tank, the fat lady hasn’t sung yet, the curtain hasn’t come down and the show is still going on, but I am fully convinced that you could have Hi-Def video footage with 5.1 Surround Sound audio of Barack HUSSEIN Obama committing armed robbery, rape and murder and it would make NO difference, in ANY way, regarding the outcome of this election.
Barack Obama appears to be the chosen one. That can’t be argued. John McCain still has a chance to pull it out, but those chances are slim and none in most cases. Obama is getting the black vote in overwhelming numbers. He is getting the Democratic, libber and all around moonbat vote. Hell, he’s even got some so-called, self proclaimed conservatives thinking he’s *The One*.
Folks keep sending me emails with links to sites, blogs, forums and what not, all of them with even more links to other sites that claim Obama’s grandma has given him up on citizenship. Others tout the birth certificate brouhaha, while many point to the socialist, communist and anarchist ties that Obama has supposedly been associated with over the years. If only these accusations were taken seriously or could be proven beyond a shadow of a doubt!
But even if they could be fully documented and proven, there are some people in this world that feel that they can do NO wrong, there are also those that revere them to the point that they feel that their heart throb, or whatever the case may be, can actually do NO wrong. That would apparently be the viewpoint of the Obamanation!
I don’t know what else there is to say. Every story that turns up is posted, here and on many other blogs. Every accusation is investigated, supposedly by the *proper authorities*, or so we are told. Every lead is looked at. None of it matters, none of it has made a bit of difference. If there really is an October surprise in the works, someone had seriously better get on the stick, it’s almost too late!
Palin makes one speech to the Alaska Independence Party and is tarred all over the media. Obama belonged to the Socialist Party but it won’t even be considered as 4th page news by most of the punditocracy. It is a rigged game and a stacked deck. There are still two things give me a small bit of hope, though. One … McCain has been considered dead and buried only to rise again so many times that even Lazarus is jealous. And two … Obama is so “P.C.” right now that people are afraid they won’t seem cool or “with it” unless they say they are voting for him … and I believe that mentality carries over even to anonymous pollsters on the telephone. But I also believe that a good share of those folks, in the privacy of the voting booth, are going to pull the McCain/Palin lever. I predicted the same thing four years ago and said that if I was right … people would also lie to the pollsters on the exit polls. And I was dead on.

The media simply couldn’t figure out how their exit polls could be so wrong. But I called it in advance!
I’m not convinced yet that it will be enough this time. But I think it will have a significant effect.
It’s tough to keep believin’ … but I’m not ready to throw in the towel yet.

I’m not ready to bet that’s enough to turn the election this time … but it is going to have an effect. McCain will do better on the actual vote than the polls show he will. I can only hope its enough!

MSM is in his hip pocket and even if there is something to the allegations flying around the web MSM will not air it and the public other than bloggers will not know about it. And the hell of it most of us bloggers are ‘preaching to the choir’
Oh, the fix is definitely in. If it turned out that Obama flew to Hawaii to poison his Gramma into her grave early, the media would ignore it and the headlines would be “Palin buys new dress”.

I’m just really surprised that kids these days actually think that socialism is a good attribute in a leader. I just don’t get it. What went wrong? The education system? The parents? How did we fall so far?
Bluto: yes, the education system went wrong. And the parents — parents with NO backgone. The Left owns most every strata of education extant in the states; high schools right up to universities. And they’re about to take over the elementary schools with, in Fornicalia, if Proposition 8 does NOT pass (Prop 8 defines marriage as one man, one woman; no marriage for gays). If Prop 8 falls, the doors are open to teach not just “tolerance” but ADVOCACY for homosexuality in public schools.
