Get OFF the fence and RUN!!

Ya know, I have been supporting Fred D. Thompson, I am on several Blog Rolls that support him, I have a Thompson Blog Roll of my own, I’m a ‘Friend of Fred’ and I have donated money TO Fred and his campaign, and that’s something I don’t do on a spur of the moment, I am tight with my money…
I think Fred D. Thompson is quite likely the best hope the Republicans and the United States have at this time and he’s a strong candidate even though he hasn’t announced officially yet, and there’s the only problem I have with Fred D. Thompson…
Sen. Thompson needs to get off the fence, as much as I like the man, and respect everything I have seen or heard about him, I have no use for a fence sitter, no matter who it is, he either needs to fully get IN the race for the White House or he needs to get out, we don’t need to be strung along on false hopes, that’s been done to Republicans and Conservatives for way too long now…
Sen. Thompson, please don’t let the Conservatives of this nation down, get IN this thing, you CAN win and you CAN unite the Republicans and Conservatives of this nation, and we need someone like you in the White House…

A great big ole ditto to what TexasFred said.
Time to ante up or leave the table big guy.
There are a few things I want to know before I get behind him 100%.
1. What are his plans for Iraq and Afghanistan, is he going to support winning at any cost or same old – same old?
2. What are his plans in dealing with Islam as a whole? Since it’s us or them by their own words, what’s he going to do about them?
3. Is he going to support Isreal and let them fight the way they used to fight, to win?
4. How about the Saudi’s?
5. What are his plans for the Muslims right here in the USA?
6. Imagration and our borders, what’s his plan?
Please don’t tell me he can’t give away any info, remember Reagan and Iran.
As much as I would like to see the question answered, I think he is wise to keep it at an arms reach away. Right now those who are in, are spending alot of cash to no avail. They are pounding against each other and many are starting to falter. We really don’t need a two year presidential race. It would be far wiser to let everyone else beat themselves stumbling to the election and show up with fresh legs and new ideas.
I think August or September would be the time to declare. At the rate the other guys are stabbing each other He may be all that is left. (I have noticed some people are already campaigning against him.)
Ablur makes sense with his comments. Although I would also like to see Fred actually announce his decision to run. Maybe the delay was what Newt was thinking all along….hmmmm?
