I just had lunch at the BSD. The turkey club was excellent. I know the owner Dave from his previous job and we had a chance to catch up on things. He’s incredible, as he can smile through the worst of times – he always has and always will. It’s a pleasure to know some one like him, who’s as nice as they come. He told me that he is so very thankful for all the help he’s received since last Thursday and hopes it will continue. Heâ€™s very grateful for all of your support.

Stop in, sit down for a spell and get filled up. You’ll be glad you did.

What a great demonstration of bloggers kicking some Texas sized butt! I hope the message got through to a few of the locals that the Blue Star Deli won’t be going down without a fight and a little help from their friends! This is exactly the kind of stuff that makes my brain sizzle!!
