If there are any WMDs they have went underground and we probably will never find them...although we might see them in the future. Declare victory and tell the Iraqis "It is all YOURS" Will a bloodbath follow? Probably. Is it the fault of the USA and allies? Not really...no more than it was the fault of the USA when Saddam Hussein murdered a million Shiites and another couple of hundred thousand Kurds. If is a big fuckin' word and "IF" we had not of went in no-one knows what would have happened. Yeah, there is a hell of a lot of blame to place. Blame Bush and his advisers for not putting enough troops on the ground to disarm the population and secure areas taken. Blame the left wing for abetting the insurgents..every time they have a war protest it is encouragement for the enemy. Blame a public that is not willing to make personal sacrifices in order to win a war. Blame a media that refuses to air the vitories and the good things that have happened in Iraq but twist the bad to make news and fit their left wing agenda. But don't blame the military..at least the rank and file who have fought with skill, pride and honor. I do blame some generals who didn't have the balls to stand up to the administration and demand that the war be fought the way it should have been fought...and that is killing until the enemy submits...total and unconditional surrender. So bring home the troops. Say we won..and I say that we did win because the original objectives have been accomplished. And if the Iraqis want to continue to kill each other off that just means fewer of the Muslims we will have to fight next time...and oh yes my friends, there will be a next time.
