The Major over hears all this, and sits back mumbling... The Light Bird finds out about it, the way that they always do, and tells the Colonel. The Colonel walks out and says to all the troops; Get this thing figured out, the Bird is busy kissing ass. Consider this a warning order. This is the thing as I see it. Economics is warfare, and this would hurt the commie's that are running the show. But? As it stands, it will have no true effect. Would it send a message? Perhaps, but I myself doubt that it would. At least not of any meaningful way. I think that this could be a useful tool. But, it needs a few Gunny's and Sergeants Majors. This is, after all a grass roots thing. I don't call in sick unless I'm actually sick and my employer knows it; no doctors excuse needed for me. As a Conservative, I have values and ethics and am accountable to those who have put their trust and faith in me. I spent my military career with those beliefs and I'll do my civilian one that way too. I couldn't call in Conservative because I am a Conservative. I’m a Conservative.
