Obama offers millions in Muslim technology fund
The White House Friday highlighted a new multi-million-dollar technology fund for Muslim nations, following a pledge made by President Barack Obama in his landmark speech to the Islamic world.
The White House said the US Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) had issued a call for proposals for the fund, which will provide financing of between 25 and 150 million dollars for selected projects and funds.
The Global Technology and Innovation Fund will “catalyze and facilitate private sector investments” throughout Asia, the Middle East and Africa, the White House said in a statement.
Eligible projects would advance economic opportunity and create jobs in areas like technology, education, telecoms, media, business services and clean technology, the White House said.

What in the hell has happened to this nation? 
Yeah, that was a rhetorical question. I think we all KNOW what has happened to America. We are led by a Muslim sympathizer. A U.S. president that may very well be a *stealth* Muslim himself.
I know what Barack Hussein Obama has said, “In Ankara, I made clear that America is not — and never will be — at war with Islam. SOURCE
Well HELL NO we’re not at war with Islam. Barack Hussein Obama doesn’t have the balls that it takes to go to war. There is another certainty, in my mind at least, Obama will wage war on the people of the United States before he wages war on his Muslim brothers.
Maybe these funds are going to be used for nothing more sinister than medical research or in the finding of ways to grow more food in dry desert regions. Maybe it will go directly into the purchase of weapons of mass destruction, or their components. Weapons that will then be turned against us. That IS a distinct possibility considering that Islam, and the Muslims that practice it, have sworn to convert or kill ALL infidels. Infidels being us, as in YOU and ME.
I personally don’t give a damn what the Muslim goat worshippers use the money for. In MY not so humble opinion, we need to give Islam NO MONEY, and plenty of it. The only thing we need to be giving the followers of Islam is a solid ass kicking in Afghanistan, then Pakistan, followed by Iran, Syria, Iraq, Libya, and oh what the hell, ALL areas of Asia that are in the control of Islam.
Kill em ALL and let Allah sort em out! 
In his speech to the Muslim world in Cairo last June, Obama argued that “education and innovation will be the currency of the 21st century” and that under-investment was rife in many Muslim nations.
As well as the fund, Obama also said he will host a summit on entrepreneurship this year to deepen ties between business leaders in the United States and Muslim communities around the world.
There’s one point in this that I can actually agree with Obama on, education and innovation may very well be the currency of the 21st century. We’re rapidly running out of money, real and tangible money. The dollar is devalued, many nations are just not wanting to use the dollar as their prime trading currency.
The only group that is more than willing to trade in U.S. dollars right now is the Central and South American drug cartels. They have no problem with taking dollars for their wares.
The United States doesn’t need to give one dime to ANY Muslim nation, for any reason. I am so adamant in that belief that a while back, when the tsunami hit Indonesia, I didn’t give a penny to the relief funds that were popping up everywhere. I refuse to help a people that have sworn to kill me. No matter what we do, no matter how much money we spend or relief we give them, they hate us with every fiber of their being.
Why would WE want to help our enemy? Why does Barack Hussein Obama want to help the very people that have sworn to kill us? Unless he is one of them himself?

Why is it that when Americans want to develop and prosper BO calls us “Greedy Capitalists” but when Muslims want to do the same he sends them millions of our dollars to help them on their way?

Hey Fred, I knew what the glass comment was about—would be nice, but the bead comment was just a joke. I don’t really see how blind people could string beads. Like that tiny nuke explosion, but I would prefer the Bikini brand, a little more exotic and much better for glass-making.
Spreading cash to the Middle East is as efficacious as spreading cash to Africa. Plus, you can rest assured it will be immediately detoured to weapons surely to be utilized against us in some form at a later date. I ask: where is the largesse of, say, the wealthy ME nation-states such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, Kuwait? Why is it that THEY are not helping out their brethren with a continuously massive influx of cash?

What really chaps my ass on this one is…..doesn’t Saudi Arabia have millions more money than we do. I would think if the Muslins needed money to further their learning skills…then why not get it from those closer to their home land and leave our damn money alone. Keep it here it the states to help improve our technology. No ….hell no….cut off the funds for producing better fighter planes ( F-35 ) and send it to the sheetheads, so they can make better and more advanced roadside bombs.
