Military: Evidence points to solo shooter in Ft. Hood deathsNader Hasan, who described himself to Fox News as a cousin, said Hasan is a Muslim who went into the military against his parents’ wishes. Nader Hasan called his cousin a “good American” who never got into trouble, but added that he did not support the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
“He had always wanted to just get away from the war and (that) environment,” Nader Hasan said. “He wasn’t someone who even enjoyed going to the firing range.”
CAIR came out with a press release before Barack Hussein Obama did. CAIR went into instant spin mode as they denied ANY involvement and offered their condolences and repeated their usual mantra regarding their not being involved. Maybe they weren’t involved, directly. Time will tell.
Hasan’s *cousin* describes him as a ‘good American’, one that went against his families wishes as he joined the U.S. Army. According to this *cousin*, Hasan was against the war in Afghanistan and Iraq. That strikes me as very strange. WHY would a now known to be Muslim of Jordanian decent want to join the U.S. military in the first place?
The *cousin* goes on to say, “He wasn’t someone who even enjoyed going to the firing range.” For a man that didn’t enjoy going to the range, Maj. Hasan exhibited a great deal of preparation and skill in his attack.
From further down in the USA Today story there is this;
U.S. Rep. Michael McCaul, a Republican from Austin, was briefed by military officials and said Hasan had taken some unusual classes for someone studying about mental health.
“He took a lot of extra classes in weapons training, which seems a little odd for a psychiatrist,” McCaul said.
McCaul, who had been briefed by military officials, said Hasan had received a poor grades for his work at Walter Reed and was not happy about his situation in Fort Hood, where Hasan apparently felt like “he didn’t fit in.”
It seems to me that perhaps Maj. Hasan had a personal agenda and that he apparently had his own family members fooled regarding his ‘dislike’ of going ‘to the range’.

Of course we are grieving, well, Christian Americans are grieving. It is, in MY opinion, only a natural reaction for Barack Hussein Obama to immediately come forward and say ‘don’t jump to conclusions’, he has to defend his Islamic brothers. Islam comes before ALL for some people it appears, and we all know that Obama has made it abundantly clear what his views are.
At Egypt’s Cairo University, Obama quoted from the Quran as he expounded on Islam’s glories and rights, the legitimate rights of Israel and the Palestinians, Iranian nuclear aspirations, the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, women’s rights, economic development, and religious rights and democracy in the Muslim world.
The address, billed as a fence-mending mission between the United States and Islam, urged those present and the people across the globe viewing the speech on television to enter a new, productive and peaceful chapter in their relationship.

Barack Hussein Obama may feel that we are not at war with Islam, but I don’t think Islam got the message. The attacks of 9-11 were carried out by Muslims. The attack on the USS Cole was carried out by Muslims. The attack on Marine Barracks Beirut was carried out by Muslims.
I can’t even begin to list ALL of the terror attacks carried out by Muslims, Islamic radicals, but these folks DO keep track of them and have a well documented page.
This list of terrorist attacks committed by Muslims since 9/11/01 (a rate of about three or four a day) is incomplete because only a small percentage of attacks were picked up by international news sources, even those resulting in multiple loss of life. SOURCE
Barack Hussein Obama wants us all to believe that we are NOT at WAR with Islam. Personally, I think Obama is one of the Muslims, put in place as a *Manchurian Candidate*. Look at what’s happened to the USA since Obama took the reins of power. And again I say, Obama’s Muslim brothers apparently didn’t get the ‘we are not at war with Islam’ message.
Lt. Gen. Robert Cone, the base commander at Fort Hood, said on NBC’s Today Show that witnesses heard Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan shout “Allahu Akbar!” before opening fire. The phrase means “God is great!” in Arabic. SOURCE
I don’t want to go against our illustrious President and jump to conclusions, but that “Allahu Akbar” thing IS the battle cry of an Islamic warrior as he is about to strike. Just sayin’, you know, since Obama has absolutely NO military or Intelligence experience, I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt, he may not be aware. That can’t be said now.
There’s still a lot more to come from this story I fear. There are going to be some serious repercussions as this develops, as ALL the facts come out.
I’m not trying to be any more inflammatory than usual, I have long made my beliefs clear where Islam and Muslims are concerned and I am not about to retract ANY of those opinions now.
I am not attempting to incite anything, but if anyone even remotely believes that we are NOT at war with Islam, I submit to you, my readers, that person, or persons, is either out of their mind or is one of the enemy themselves and attempting to deflect or defend against attacks upon their brothers and Islamic warriors.
And one other thing, WHY in the hell does our military allow Muslims to serve? Don’t they realize that allegiance to Islam comes before ALL?

Another well written and explained post. Obama just sounds stupider and stupider every time he speaks! He doesn’t want us to “jump to conclusions” until all the facts are in??? Is this NOT the same idiot POTUS that admitted on television “HE DID NOT KNOW THE FACTS OF THE INCIDENT”… BUT… THE CAMBRIDGE POLICE ACTED ‘STUPIDLY’????” Oh but let’s all wait for the facts regarding an Islamist??? The Allahu Akbar is very telling and I’m waiting to see what this guys online posting tell us about how much he hated this country. Obama’s attitude was to be expected and no surprise to me. I will no longer refer to him as Major to me he lost that title when he aimed and fired that first shot at his brothers in arms. Now we must sit through a disgusting trial and hear his defense attorneys tell us what an outstanding fellow he is.
What we have here is one muslim, Barack Hussein Obama laying cover for another muslim, Malik Nadal Hasan. Obama’s disdain for the military was quite apparant when he gave a “shout out” for that indian prior to addressing the situation at Ft. Hood yesterday. The more I see of this POTUS, the more contempt I have. The killings yesterday were in fact an act of Islamic terrorism.

Day 2: I don’t have all the facts, but I think the police acted stupidly when they shot Hasan. I’m sure all he needed was a good conversation. I have them with Mamoud all the time. Look where it’s gotten me?

I have my own post on the subject, although not as detailed as yours. I have already received a comment on the article, saying that it was the extremist Christians who made Hasan the way he was by abusing and tormenting him for his Islamic faith. I wholeheartedly disagree with that assessment. There is no excuse for going into a crowded room and opening fire on innocent people.

How the hell this happened is beyond belief… A friking muslim with a security clearance? My stepson lost his over a damned speeding ticket. Heads need to roll…
Patrick, think of this. Who has the Nuclear Football? How about a guy who wouldn’t be able to get the security clearance you stepson got? Obama’s admitted drug use and known association with domestic terrorists would have disqualified him from getting a security clearance. Now the guy has access to every secret this nation holds.
Actually, he doesn’t. The POTUS really is on a *need to know* on many high security matters.

The one thing about this administration that most people will miss is the “death toll”. So far, it’s all the troops since Obama was asked to send more troops and he’s dithered, and now add 13 from Ft. Hood, as I suspect it’s the “political correctness” that has been forced on the military that stopped them from taking appropriate action at Walter Reed. You know, the PC procedure of reading enemy combatants Miranda Rights and stupid ROEs. I could be wrong, but I suspect that this shooter wasn’t dealt with at Walter Reed because he was Muslim and they didn’t want to be politically incorrect, so he was made Ft. Hood’s problem.
You know, Barak Hussein Obama still has not made a decision about more troops for Afganistan so we can kill more muslims over there quicker.

If this Ft Hood terrorist attack happened on a Conserative President of the USA, well, our missles would have already exploded somewhere over there in the muslim world.
What we get with a muslim president?? No action, Nothing but trying to persuade us that this was an event caused by a mental health dis-order.
Also, the reason that Hasan held the rank of Major was only for the required higher pay grade for MD’s, and not for soldier ranking. This is always this way for doctor’s.
I’m curious, was this guy muslim before he enlisted? Did he enlist BEFORE 9/11… was he ever up for discharge AFTER 9/11.. WHY didn’t he leave (for sure he would have made much more money in the private sector).
All that ask, I want to know what his agenda was, because his being a muslim and so vocal against the war BUT staying in our military.. he damn well sure has to have one. (pardon the language). And who else is in the sleeper cell he’s in, get them out of our military NOW.

Conservamom, according to sources today, he is a lifelong Muslim and NOT a convert as was reported yesterday, his family is supposedly from Jordan and he was born in Virginia and raised a Muslim…
As to his *agenda* and any *sleeper cells*, all we can do is wait and see what the investigations uncover and hope we get the truth…

I will be brief….that’s so I don’t go off on a rant again! I have a question and some information to add.
Q: What happened to the two individuals who were taken into custody?
I; Found out at several of the other blogs that the dirtbag used an FN 5.7 Pistol…the one that uses 5.7×28 ammo (.22 cal). FN came out with this pistol some years ago as a companion to their P90 submachine gun. The pistol has a 20 round mag. It’s really a centerfire .22 and looks like a baby .308. I read about it some years ago and believe it has a 28 or 30 grain bullet, traveling at approximately 2000 FPS. The round initially designed by FN was for penetrating body armor, so that both the P 90 subgun and the FN pistol would be fairly lethal in a battlefield situation. This type of ammo is restricted to the Military…maybe Law Enforcement also…don’t know. The rest of us can only purchase the sporting/hunting ammo which has been blessed by the BATF as OK. That’s all I have to offer this time.

As far as him not getting out….I’m not sure, but I think his schooling and college was paid for by the US Government to become a doctor…so he is required to provide a set number of years as a military doctor before he is allowed to retire or leave the service.
BZ your conclusions seem spot on to me. It appears that his only loyalities are to himself and a radical agenda. It does appear that he spent sometime at the firing range and had knowledge of pistols. I personally think he was planning this for sometime. Maybe evidence will back that up, but know all I need for my conclusions. A commission will be appointed by Obama and will be stacked with those of like-mind and the results are already know by him and those around him, unless undisputable evidence is forthcoming.

Thanks for the information on the other two. I agree that the 5.7 is indeed an effective round up close. Haven’t studied the terminal ballistics….not too sure it would have too much stopping power at a distance though.

TX, last night my husband and I discussed that very idea, and knowing the history the Abamanation administration has doing that kind of thing, IMO it is entirely possible. Scary to consider, but possible.
I for one have already jumped to a conclusion. He is a terrorist, this was a terrorist attack. Case closed. I do think that he was acting alone and was not part of an alQaeda plot but that does not mean this man was not a terrorist.
Obama is probably dreading the fact that Hasan lived and will now face trial because eventually everyone will know that a terrorist attack happened on US soil on his watch.
Of course Mr Pink Eyes Obama is dreading a trial because it will expose the true nature of this terrorist who is a muslim and muslims are part of the big tent of the Democratic party. If this shooter had been a member of some right right wing Christian group Obama and the MSM would be leading the charge and reaching for the rope to lynch the man, but this is not the case. Instead they are calling this Islamic terrorist a sick deranged man who suffered from second hand battle fatigue with little or no mention of his religion. This is the coarse they have set and will remain on until their ship runs aground on the rocks of truth.
FOX didn’t hesitate to have CAIR on talking about how terrible the tragic violence at Ft Hood had been. Where was the ‘fair and balanced’ anti-jihad viewpoint? Robert Spencer, Walid Phares, or many others would have taken the time to speak out on FOX had they been asked. FOX your saudi prince partial ownership is showing - yet again.
