His brother Jimmie said it best when describing Stevies talent, "Stevie didn't play music when he was performing the music just poured out of him" I saw him live in 1985 and it was the loudest concert I have ever attended. They came along after my hayday. I like the ole time rock and roll. Jerry Lee Lewis, Fats Domino, Little Richard, Shirley and Lee and Professor Long Hair. And I should add old cajun music like that from SW Louisiana spots such as Mamu, and Eunice. Great tunes are made by the great memories that go with them. The songs and tunes seldom stand alone.
