First Nelson, then Landrieu, and then the mandates. Hopefully this will get picked apart one piece at a time.

Patrick, they probably would, but doesn't that come under FEDERAL statutes? And getting U.S. AG Eric Holder to do something like that would be a total impossibility!

These AGs are all STATE level, and together they have some serious stroke, but I don't know just HOW serious...

The whole thing is so un-American, so un-Constitutional,and so treasonous it's pathetic. Why the hell are those Attorneys general not calling for trials based upon the treason statute?

That Fred, is exactly why I have dropped out of many of the groups and forums. The idea that you vote out all incumbents makes no sense. We will need experience in there just to manage putting through repeals if we get a majority in either the House or Senate (hopefully both!!!). The Demwits are determined to push through more bad socialist legislation than can be dealt with, so we will have to have some who know how to fight back with the repeal process before we get totally screwed. I will not vote against any candidate who tries to do the right thing against this corrupt commie administration!!!!

They're doing the right thing to protect their states. If that Nebraska thing goes through, it will fall upon all the other states to pick up their "contributions". It's just a shame that I haven't seen any democrat Attorneys General sign on to this as they know it's bad for their states.

If you don't like what SC is doing -which surprises me as it is much better to DO SOMETHING than nothing in my book, tell me what your state is doing that is better than this, to stop this horrendous bill. Let me know and I will surely make sure the power's that be in SC take it into consideration.
Proud to be a South Carolinian-

Hopefully this move by the AG's will work. The Constitution should stand for something and not just be an old document under a piece of glass in Washington. Many look at it in just that way however, even some members of the high court. Like you Fred, I still believe their are some men of honor left in the government and its time for these few to step up to the plate, failing that they should all step aside so that good men can take their places. I've seen these states rights and 10th amendement issues fall short for many years. I do realize that this current move by the AG's is based on other parts of the Constitution, and as I said before I hope they make some head way on this issue.

Here's the REAL truth of the matter, not everyone in politics is a corrupt pervert... Vote em ALL out? And replace em with WHAT? Rookies that are going to mess up even worse? There has to be at least some experienced leadership in the ranks. That's why we need to vet our elected officials and keep the Conservatives, not RINOs, not Libbers, REAL, hard core America 1st Conservatives!

Attorneys general are NOT in it for the money, and once again, vote em ALL out is crock, term limits is the answer... 2 terms for Senators and 4 terms for Representatives...

That's in D.C. of course, AGs are STATE level positions... And I know for a FACT that Greg Abbott, Texas AG, is one of the best, most Conservative AGs in this nation...

Did it ever occur to you? Maybe some of the AGs are doing this because it's the RIGHT thing to do? Hard to imagine I am sure, especially when all you see is the worst in everything, but you know, once in a while, some people really DO the right thing simply because it IS the right thing to do...

Politics on the left coast and in a lot of New England and upper mid-west states are as screwed up as a soup sandwich, but I am getting really tired of people in those areas telling ME that I need to vote out ALL of my elected officials just because they have elected garbage in their states!

In Texas, we don't put up with the bullshit, when a politician screws up here, we DO vote em out, that is the TEXAS way, maybe a few other places need to look into it!

Fred, It's enough to make your skin crawl. but I just think the 13 attorney's general will go after them until THEY can make their own "back room" sweet deal and then it'll just be forgotten about. They'er all a bunch of frikken crooks and they all get pissed, (just like crooks)when the STOLEN money isn't divided equally. (heavy emphasis on STOLEN).
VOTE"EM ALL OUT!!!!!
