HAM, I don’t know where you heard that military personnel can’t keep firearms on base. Many military instillation’s are now selling firearms in the BX’s and PX’s. Whiteman AFB now sells handguns and rifles at its BX and for the first time in years, the BX has shown a profit thanks to the firearms sales. Their markup isn’t that high and you don’t pay any sales tax. Besides handguns, I’ve seen AR-15′s and AK-47′s for sale there. They also seem to have plenty of 45 hardball on hand too when Wall Mart can’t keep it on the shelf.

Now, single personnel who reside in barracks are not allowed to keep firearms in their rooms. It’s been like that throughout my 20+ year career. Barracks personnel had to register their firearms on base and keep them in the armory. And yes, to get the gun out of the armory you had to have permission from your commander. It was always a pain and that’s why I kept my shotgun at a friends house off base back when I was a young airman.

Nahh couldn’t be.

Again PCness is going to get a lot of folks killed. PCness has kept 2 wars going on for over 8 years, PCness has allowed lone wolfs like that moron from Ft Hood.
Inaction leads to disaster, we are at war, Clinton was informed that war had been declared against us by AQ, no action… We got 9-11. Obama is being warned now… Crickets chirping.

KARACHI, Pakistan—The American-born spokesman for al-Qaida has been arrested by Pakistani intelligence officers in the southern city of Karachi, two officers and a government official said Sunday, the same day Adam Gadahn appeared in a video urging U.S. Muslims to attack their own country. The arrest of Gadahn is a major victory in the U.S.-led battle against al-Qaida and will be taken as a sign that Pakistan is cooperating more fully with Washington. It follows the recent detentions of several Afghan Taliban commanders in Karachi. Gadahn—who has often appeared in al-Qaida videos—was arrested in the sprawling southern metropolis in recent days, two officers who took part in the operation said. A senior government official also confirmed the arrest. They spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to release the information. I am tired too of the US wanting to please all the Muslims… yet turning it’s back on Christians. I’m not a religious fanatic…but I’m sick and tired of all this PC sh*t about Islam and Muslims….and Obama is the most powerful one in the world.
And he once said at a Washington meeting, “Don’t question my religion!”
