Ten-Chu: Most SANE people would think so but there are some idiots that are calling this man a hero…

I believe he is a murderer, I hope the law sees it that way too, but I doubt they will, he has committed premeditated murder, and burglary of your neighbors home is NOT a killing offense…

Now, if they had placed the neighbors life in danger, that’s a whole different matter, if they break into YOUR home, hell yes, blow their asses away, but when you did what Horn did, in the exact circumstance he did, you have committed murder…

Correct me if I’m wrong, but unless they were in HIS home, and posed a deadly threat (meaning had a lethal weapon), it was not within his legal rights to shoot those two. From what I’ve read, the two had broken into the neigbors, not his, home. Perhaps I’m misreading, but if this is true, he acted without legal justification.

Well this goes to show the feel for a human life in America. As an american it is unlawful to take the law in to your own hand. Horn was not in danger the taped phone call will tell you. Horn’s justification it is wrong to steal so i will kill. What kind of logic is that?

A lot of folks say they would have shot these criminals too, for stealing. Itâ€™s easy to pull the trigger of a firearm but then you have to live with the consequences that youâ€™ve taken a human life and itâ€™s not so easy to live with that fact. Havenâ€™t you watched the news about our soldiers and marines having to deal with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder? If anybody did a righteous killing it was our troops fighting the terrorists but it still doesnâ€™t diminish the fact that another human ceases to exist because of your hand. Veterans whoâ€™ve actually experienced combat and have taken another life donâ€™t go around talking about it. The ones talking about killing in combat are the ones who werenâ€™t there, the REMFâ€™s. When a GI comes back from combat, heâ€™s changed forever. Police Officers experience the same thing after theyâ€™re forced to fire upon a criminal and take a life. Many will take a desk job or even quit the force after having to kill someone. No matter how righteous the shooting, itâ€™s still tough to deal with.

I own quite a few firearms and will use them in a heartbeat to defend my family, friends, myself, and any innocent person who happens to be attacked but I pray to God Iâ€™ll never have to. I bet deep down, Mr. Horn wishes he listened to the Police Dispatcher.

Sickening to see the family of the dead criminals participate. They should be sorry and ashamed that they raised criminals!
