Could you imagine if all they had to go off was: His name is Terrance and a black male?

Good job to the cops though, although color doesn&#039;t matter down there, it&#039;s a color blind city after all, and when it comes to crime you shouldn&#039;t profile a certain race in a God forsaken place such as NOLA. /sarcasm.</description>
