The White House was temporarily put on lock-down Tuesday evening after a smoke bomb was thrown over the fence, according to an agent.

Occupy Congress protestors had been congregating outside the White House during a march that also included stops at the Capitol and Supreme Court.

The smoke bomb was thrown near the North Portico. Fire trucks and HazMat crews could be seen along Pennsylvania Avenue, which was closed down to pedestrians.

The North Side of the White House remained closed as of 11 p.m. as Secret Service and police conducted further investigations. People were allowed to leave from the South Side.

President Barack Obama was not at the White House during the incident.

Secret Service worked with MPD and Park Police to clear the scene.

No one has been arrested and no other information was immediately available.

So, Occupy This, That and The Other, the people that former Speaker Nancy Pelosi kinda sorta likes, throw a smoke bomb at the White House??

House Democratic Leader Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., said she supports the growing nationwide Occupy Wall Street movement, which began on the streets of downtown New York City in mid-September.

“I support the message to the establishment, whether it’s Wall Street or the political establishment and the rest, that change has to happen,” said Pelosi in an exclusive interview with ABC News “This Week” anchor Christiane Amanpour. “We cannot continue in a way this is not relevant to their lives.” SOURCE

I wonder if she’ll change her mind now or will this simply an seen as expression of freedom and justifiable protest?

I also wonder? How many smoke bombs did the TEA Party throw at the White House? I can’t seem to remember ANY. And I don’t recollect ANY TEA Party people being arrested in their activities either.

But according to Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, it’s the returning Iraqi Veterans and American Conservatives that are domestic terrorists.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said Wednesday that she was briefed before the release of a controversial intelligence assessment and that she stands by the report, which lists returning veterans among terrorist risks to the U.S.

But the top House Democrat with oversight of the Department of Homeland Security said in a letter to Ms. Napolitano that he was “dumbfounded” that such a report would be issued. SOURCE

You don’t suppose Napolitano is going to revise that list a bit do you?

And then we come to President Barack Hussein Obama. What? You thought I was going to leave him out of this?

“I appreciate you guys making your point; let me go ahead and make mine,” Obama said before continuing his speech. “I’ll listen to you, you listen to me, OK?”

A few minutes later, Obama acknowledged the Occupy protest movement again, saying: “You are the reason I ran for office.” SOURCE

THEY are the reason that HE ran for office? Surely that’s a metaphor, I mean, since these clowns at Occupy hadn’t even been heard of when Obama was running for POTUS the 1st time, it’s either a metaphor, OR, Barack Hussein Obama is a liar … wait … no, a LIAR.

I can’t wait to hear the spin that the little fruitcake Jay Carney puts on this one; “President Obama stands in solidarity with the ideals of the Occupy movement and their right to use smoke bombs as an example of their frustration with ALL Americans that have a job.”

Ladies and Gentlemen, I am firmly convinced that the administration of Barack Hussein Obama is the most evil, depraved, wicked, loathsome bunch of ne’er do wells that this nation has ever suffered.

I am of the belief that they will indeed support these cretins that call themselves Occupy as they trample the good name of Conservatives in their quest to destroy America in a mad dash towards bankruptcy and socialism.

Even if Obama came out and blasted Occupy for their actions, I would still be convinced that it was nothing more than political pandering in an election year.
