Romney nixes Obama bid for 5-year tax disclosure
BOSTON (AP) - Barack Obama’s re-election campaign kept up pressure against Republican rival Mitt Romney on two fronts Friday, launching a new ad defending the president’s record on Medicare while challenging Romney to release at least five years of tax returns.
The TV advertisement, accusing Romney and running mate Paul Ryan of undermining the health care program critical to millions of seniors, came as Romney continued raise money in non-battleground states. That remains a top priority, even with the election less than 12 weeks away and Obama making extended visits to toss-up states such as Iowa and Ohio.
Obama campaign manager Jim Messina said the president’s camp would seek no further disclosures if Romney would release five years of his individual tax returns. The Romney campaign, which often says there will be no end to Democrats’ demands for tax records, rejected the offer.
“It is clear that President Obama wants nothing more than to talk about Gov. Romney’s tax returns instead of the issues that matter to voters,” said Romney campaign manager Matt Rhoades.

I am NOT a huge fan of Mitt Romney, I never have been, and to be totally honest with you, unless he pulls off a move that is absolutely STELLAR, I doubt if I will ever be a big fan of Mitt Romney.
That said; perhaps it’s Romney himself, maybe it’s his campaign manager or someone in his staff, I don’t know who exactly, but I do know this, someone in the Romney campaign staff is a 100% certified WUSS!
The campaign of Barack Hussein Obama wants to see Romney’s tax records? OK, show them the tax records and remove ALL doubt about any discrepancies, errors or hidden information. Give them a copy of the records and then DECLARE WAR on the bastards!
Romney doesn’t need to hammer Obama just on the economy and our enormous deficit either, although those points alone should be more than ample to win an election, but the Obama regime has so many holes in it that it’s a wonder they can stay afloat.
Take Obama and Company to school on ethics, honesty and transparency. There is so much Conservative ammunition available right now it’s almost frightening. USE IT!

Who do you suppose this effort is aimed at? If you believe it to be Barack Hussein Obama you are correct. Remember the brain enema and flush Obama made on national television as he did his *victory dance* after the death of Osama bin Laden? There’s that and a number of other incidences where Obama and his childish bragging have placed the lives of Spec/Ops teams and their families in grave danger.
To be quite honest about it, I don’t know why the Joint Chiefs and many other FLAG Officers haven’t raised all manners of HELL about the way Obama speaks to and about the military and the operational security of their missions.
This is a matter that Romney MUST take Obama to task over if he wants to be respected by the military and former military, and by the citizens of this nation.
If I were on the Romney campaign staff I would be wanting to ask Obama and Company why the Social Security Administration orders thousands of rounds of hollow point bullets.
And for what it’s worth regarding the National Weather Service ammo order;

We have more than enough to worry about without getting all *crazy* over a report that truly DID spark panic in a number of American citizens.

Somehow, at least in MY mind, I see all kinds of wrong when the Attorney General of the United States allows his *BROTHERS* to get by with obvious, video proven voter intimidation and claims that there just wasn’t enough evidence to prosecute. What I see is a BLACK Attorney General protecting what may well be the operational arm of the Obama campaign and administration.
You see, with the way Obama is tanking he may have nothing else he CAN count on other than The New Black Panthers to be his armed force.

I’m not the only one that’s unhappy with Holder and his Department of Injustice: Court decision renews focus on Black Panther voter intimidation. How can the Attorney General be SO blind? I know JUSTICE is supposed to be blind, but that refers to the idea of justice for all, it doesn’t mean close your eyes or look the other way if your *brother* is messing up!
How does the Attorney General ignore justify taking NO action against a group of people that advocate Killing white babies by bombing nurseries? This isn’t the 1960’s and the USA isn’t *Bombingham*, the name given to Birmingham, AL. during the most violent period of racial unrest at that time.

Eric Holder loves his New Black Panthers Party, they are his *BROTHERS* and he is going to protect them just like he’s going to protect Obama, and vice versa, where the Fast and Furious debacle is concerned.
Of course, since I oppose Obama, Holder, The NAACP, TNBPP and various other radical BLACKS and BLACK groups, I am a racist.
Maybe that’s why Mitt Romney isn’t attacking Obama on the *other* real issues of the day, maybe Romney is afraid of being labeled as a RACIST.

You know, it’s a sad state of affairs in this country when you have to be ashamed that you’ve been successful and made lots of money. Im sure there are some things in his tax records that will go to show he is a lying, stinking politician who made lots of money. Somehow that secret is not only supposed to be a shock, but is somehow worse than what we have now?
Romney is a slimeball, but he’s what we have. I’d rather him be a money grubbing dope who at least knows how to run a business and a political office, than the racist, Marxist, anti-American scumbag we currently have.
It is just to difficult to believe that the anointed one is still in office. I submit to you had any person said what Obama has said, or done what Obama has done, like allowing illegal aliens the opportunity to stay in the USA without the consent of congress would have been impeached. Had George Bush been in office, and fast and furious came to be under his watch, he would have been impeached and in jailed within a two weeks.
Now the fate of America now lays in the hands of the American people, and all we have to offer is Mitt Romney. Many have said that Romney is no better than Obama, give me Mitt Romney any day of week over a CLOSET MUSLIM, over a president who says that the Muslim call to pray is beautiful sound, over a President who says that Islam is a religion of peace, over a president who refuses to allow our borders to be secure..it goes on and on and on, need I say more…?
People must realize that if this person is re-elected, America as we know it is over.
Hell we may never reach the elections, remember those 450 million extra 40 caliber rounds that were ordered…why is that, could it be the day that the Statue of Liberty Weeps for a Country that once was the greatest country on the planet.

I want to see EVERYTHING that OBAMA has ever touched, traveled, stayed with, lived with, screwed with,, including just what nationality his passport is when he went to Pakistan in 1981.
I want OBAMA GUTTED as well as vetted 100%.

Let’s be honest here:
There is only one reason that Romney won’t release his tax records: there’s something in them that HE perceives won’t reflect positively on him. Plain and simple. Maybe he paid fewer taxes than the average bear. I expect that with persons who make a lot of cash. They have attorneys for that. I, however, do NOT have an attorney for that. I have my lone tax preparer.
That said, I can understand his wanting to “move on.”
It’s a distraction and — the more you “play along” with the distraction the more you buy into Mr Obama’s plan and agenda. The more you give HIM credence and power.
Mr Romney isn’t the “ideal” and he isn’t “perfect.” But what he IS, is a savvy businessman who KNOWS — and had I owned his various stock pieces I would EXPECT — how to AVOID taxes. Because, after all, that’s your JOB. As an American businessman. There are NO tax “loopholes.” There are only LAWS enacted by the US CONGRESS!
Further, when he suggests that he’s donated tons of cash to charities — I believe him there as well.
The Obama’s have given nothing more than “lip service” to charities.

I think that’s the lesson learned from 08 (Sort of) Attacking Obama gives the media the opportunity to label Romney and his supporters as RACISTS. So they are staying away from issues which the media can deflect or hide the facts from the sheep. Right or wrong, the strategy of attacking the economic disaster Obama has created through Biden is working. Using Biden as fodder (Since he offers so much to work with) keeps the media from dropping the race card every other word…
I would bet at the convention, we will hear people attacking the very issues you mention from the podium. Red Meat for the masses.
I have never understood the timid nature of Repubs when they are in contest with Dems. Repubs will really destroy each other in primaries, then drop the ball in general election campaigns. I do understand that Repubs always face two opponents. Those two being Dems and the MSM. However the Repubs should be aware of that and prep for it. obama is one of the easist targets we have ever faced. His term in office has been a disaster in every aspect. His background is shady, radical and anti American. He is a true Marxist, a muslim, a follower of Black Liberation(a racist) and his background is full of criminal activity and association with known criminals.
I guess we will see in a few weeks if the RNC establishment’s pick for candidacy can have the balls needed to call out obama and beat him in the battle of political mud slinging.
Everyone is getting too far out into the woods. Romney simply needs to point out that we cannot get any college transcripts or any other data from our current president who is he to demand anything from my past accept that which is required.
Create a put up or shut up demand on O-bummer and he will change the subject.
