Romney vs Obama - The choice is clear

I am NOT a huge fan of Mitt Romney; he was not MY choice in the presidential primary race. I do NOT hold back on my opinions, as anyone that has ever read this blog knows, so, know that my words are presented as what I see as the truth, what I see as possible scenarios and what I hold as my personal opinion.

Romney criticizes Obama foreign policy record

BURLINGTON, Mass. (AP) - Republican Mitt Romney is arguing America needs new foreign policy leadership, using President Barack Obama’s handling of the Middle East as an opening to criticize the incumbent before Wednesday’s first presidential debate. SOURCE

I believe Mitt Romney is a good, decent and honest man. I believe he would stand head and shoulders above Barack Hussein Obama in the job of President. I am certain that Romney would be able to set this nation back on an even keel, much like Ronald Reagan did after the debacle that was Jimmy Carter.

I am also certain that Romney will make every effort to save this nation every dollar he can, but he won’t do it off of the backs of Senior Citizens. I believe Romney will go after the *PORK* that is built in to the U.S. government and its way of doing business. Mitt Romney is, after all, a VERY successful businessman.

Mitt Romney has more foreign policy experience at this point in time than does Obama after almost 4 years at the helm. Romney dealt with international business on his way to this 2012 presidential race, all Obama has ever been is a community organizer and an apologist to the world for America and its people.

Obama trying to avoid miscue in first debate

HENDERSON, Nev. (AP) - President Barack Obama has one mission heading into his first debate with Republican Mitt Romney: Don’t screw things up. SOURCE

Mitt Romney needs to hit and hit hard! This debate is where the gloves come off and we are treated to an all-out political battle of wits. In that area Romney is the winner.

The thing that worries me is this; Mitt Romney is a nice guy, does he have what it takes to get into the fight and brawl? We don’t need another Caspar Milquetoast as President and hopefully these debates will give Romney the opportunity to show us what so far has not been seen, his FIGHTING SIDE!

Hugo Chavez says he’d vote for Obama

CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) - Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has weighed in on the U.S. presidential race, saying he prefers President Barack Obama.

“If I were American, I’d vote for Obama,” Chavez said in a televised interview that aired Sunday.

The Venezuelan leader called Obama “a good guy” and said if the U.S. president were a Venezuelan, “I think … he’d vote for Chavez.” SOURCE

All I can say to this is, if you are, or have been an Obama supporter, and this doesn’t give you all the reasons you need to NOT vote for Obama, YOU are a lost cause and are NOT an American, not one that I would stand with!

Freedom of speech and freedom to vote for the candidate of your choice is all well and good, but when the sitting president is endorsed for re-election by someone like Hugo Chavez, that should be the ALARM BELL that wakes up even the most ardent Obama supporter.

I didn’t vote for Obama in 2008 and I will not vote for, nor support Obama in ANY way in the 2012 election, and it has nothing to do with the *racism* that Obama supporters claim any time someone stands against Obama. It’s NOT about RACE, it’s about saving this nation from the destruction that is certain under another 4 years OF Obama.

If YOU voted FOR Obama in 2008 to prove that you’re not a racist, you’ll have to vote FOR Mitt Romney in 2012 to prove you’re not STUPID!

From your keyboard to God’s ear, Fred.

Nothing in America is more crucial right now than defeating Barack Obama.

Once we get him out, we can concentrate in strengthening the conservative attitude in Washington.

The economy is going to Hell in a hand basket.
Our foreign policy is in shamble.
    Jobs are non-existent.
And the MSM proclaims Obama a god.

I would love to be a fly on the wall on Nov. 6 when Obama loses.

    Vote Romney!!!

If Romney comes out in the debates like he went after Gingrich, Obama doesn’t stand a chance. Romney is a nice guy but for some reason, he strikes me as the type that when things need to get done, he’s all business and will do whatever it takes.

One of Obama’s claims to foreign experience before becoming president was his growing up in a Muslim country and visiting other countries. If that’s a qualifier, then I have the foreign experience necessary to become president and so does just about every other GI. After all, I spent a few years living in a foreign country and visiting others on official duty.

That is ALL any proper-thinking American should need to read:

    Chavez would vote for Obama.

    Gone.

If Romney doesn’t show some balls in the first debate, Romney will lose in November — so I believe, anyway.
