    This is going to be fantastic for Rowlett, Rockwall AND the east part of Dallas.

    You are very fortunate that this is considered a plus. Our once happy community (Township) has been overwhelmed with outsiders moving in, getting control of government and not permitting anything to be developed. The entire township is now zoned residential. A water park tried to come in bringing much needed jobs for the native locals. The answer was Nat.
