The Republic of Texas and Texas Sovereignty

I am getting quite a few personal emails and attempted posts here on the blog from what I am guessing are leftards, moonbats, Texas haters, libbers afraid to stand for FREEDOM, Democrats, but I repeat myself, a number of folks that are afraid of Gov. Rick Perry, all of the above, some of the above, any combination of the above.

The mainstream media, Texas House Democrats, U.S. lawmakers, all kinds of people are saying that Texas can’t secede from the Union, some are of the belief that we can’t even pass a Sovereignty Resolution as we reclaim, and reaffirm our rights, under the Tenth Amendment of the U.S. constitution.

Amendment X: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Texas HCR 50: HCR 50 - Introduced version - Bill Text

Those individuals are wrong! Unless there is a constitutional convention and the Tenth Amendment is totally rewritten, Yes, WE Can proclaim our sovereignty and further distance ourselves from a highly destructive United States government, one that is led by unscrupulous POLITICIANS from BOTH sides of the aisle!

To those detractors of the Texas Sovereignty Resolution I say this, if your state is NOT in the process of establishing their own sovereignty, right now, prepare to lose more and more of your freedoms as the United States of America is reborn as the United Socialist States of America.

This nation doesn’t need any more career politicians. We need Conservative patriots, men and women that are guided by a Divine Spirit, and driven by love of country, not greed.

An excellent and short answer to the democratic socialists who have written to you.
And you are correct that it is a legal action and option available.
You stated USSA, and this is very close to USSR, isn’t it?

As said earlier, I am still hoping that our US Supreme Court will open a case study of Barry Sotero and rule on the validity of his missing birth certificate, and his travelling through the world on an Indonesian passport on an Indonesian passport when he was in his 20’s.
Like those pictures of him with different scenes of foreign countries in the background.

You gotta love fucking leftists and Obama loons Fred…They call those that support the right of the sovereignty “traitors” etc…But they are the very same folks that would love for the US to give up our sovereignty as a nation to the freaking UN….Screw em’

That old thing called hypocrisy on the left has become standard behavior from them since they no longer have to answer to the MSM, after all they are now one in the same. ObamaMorons one and all…….

In this environment it will be very hard to win another election until the non internet faction of the country joins the 21 st century and stops buying what those alphabet propaganda mills are selling.

What is a damn shame is California is a republic too….See what happens when the infestation of idiots goes unchecked for long periods of time? You get California. Fred believe me you folks need to be very vigilant, the libtards are already moving into the majority in the big cities….Thank GOD you got a Governor with a clue.

Fred, Fred, Fred, it’s ashame you are getting all those silly emails but, some people just can’t see the forest for the trees and some people can’t see the politicians for the bull shit.
Perry has done nothing worth while to secure our borders.
Perry has done nothing worth a grain of salt for the people of Texas.

Perry has signed many bills to help his friends, not his fellow tax payers. Perry made himself a dictator when he proclaimed on his own that every young girl in this state must have this inoculation against (what ever), without any tests or proof that the drug really works. Well, he finally did admit that there wasn’t enough testing done and withdrew the order.
But, many young girls already had received the inoculations.
Good ole Perry received millions to his bank account in passing and removing that law all within 3 months I’m sure.

It’s acts and decisions like this that we should be concerned about. They know that if we forgive one big mistake, we will forgive many upon many. And, I guess as simple minded as we are, we have, many, many times. That’s why Obama’s admin. loves us.

My friends and I have been talking about Texas Sovereignty and secession since last February, 2008. Fox news has been receiving news of Texas Sovereignty and cession since last September. \\

In order to get ahead, we must be a step ahead or it will all fail and fail our children.

I too think its time to ‘turn up the gain’. I can hardly wait until HCR 50 is passed and signed by our governor. GO TEXAS!! I attended the Burleson Tea Party and the folks there All stood for FREEDOM and what used to be the American Way! There was a huge amen after the invocation. There was huge applause in honor of our vets. This vet had tears in his eyes because of it. There were folks from every walk of life in attendance….and a very great number were talking, “lets go back to the Constitution and the Republic the Founding Fathers gave to us!!! I talked to many fellow vets, and we talked about the oath we took…for life!!! We also talked about that fact that This Great State Of Texas had more folks like us, than the collectivists. So we all thought, if it came to it…we would wholeheartedly support the Secession of Texas….including laying our lives on the line once again, if necessary. So I say GO TEXAS!!!!

    KEEP YOUR POWDER DRY PATRIOTS!!!

I’m not quite as up to date as I should be, between one thing and another, but isn’t Arizona talking about the same thing (I hope, I hope, I hope)?

  9. comment number 9 by: TexasFred

Miss Beth, you know I would never say anything RUDE to YOU, so please don’t take this as such, OK??

This is a STATES RIGHTS issue, and all I am keeping up with is Texas…

I hope AZ is doing it too but I have absolutely NO info one way or the other…

What the libtards are short on is history. Texas is THE ONLY state in the “disunion” that can LEGALLY fly the State Flag at the SAME height as the US Flag. Why? It was the Treaty. That’s why.

Libtards will claim that the rewriting of the Texas Constitution after the War Between the States did away with the provision that Texas can “divorce the North” at will. WRONG. WRONG. WRONG!!

The Treaty is still in affect. Period. The end. Rewriting history is what the libtards are real good at.

When we Texans get our Republic back, I say anyone moving to Texas must pass a non-moonbat test. And, any moonbats who choose to stay must receive treatment for their moonbattedness.

Right you are Texas Cowgirl. Except for the fact that libturds will cheat and lie, outlawing the smelly little cretins is good.
Check voters records. Anybody that votes for libta(u)rds should have their asses kicked all the way across the Rio Grande automatically and then go from there.
I know several so called conservatives (CINO) who should be in that same line up as well.

MissBeth I believe Arizona is included in the 22 state’s that have a bill to reassert state sovereignty.
Hell even the land of fruits and nuts has one though I seriously doubt it will go anywhere.

Snooper, libturd history goes back about 8 years. Anything before that they have difficulty with. I believe it is that old S.A.L.A.D. syndrome, you know the Severe Acquired Leftist Anencephalic Dementia syndrome? They’ve been drinking leftist kool-aid for so long any brain cells they may have had remaining after those heavy crack parties is now all gone.

Fred, are you saying you won’t tolerate anything negative about Gov Perry…even if it’s true? Just askin’.

  14. comment number 14 by: TexasFred

No Sue, that is NOT what I am saying, but if a certain individual comes here simply to BITCH, she needs to get her own blog to BITCH on…

It has been a recurring problem, if I post anything about Perry, she launches on a tirade, and tirades are something I won’t allow, if she needs to VENT, she needs to set her up a VENT venue…

Gotcha! Thanks for clearing that up. I like Perry but it’s a while to the election and ya never know what might happen between now and then.
