A man walks into a Pawn Shop…

There was a young man who went to a pawn shop and after shopping around, he purchased a cat statue and headed out the door with it.

As he walked a block or two he noticed that there were several cats now following him at a short distance.

As he proceeded several more blocks he looked back and saw literally thousands of cats following of all shapes, colors and sizes.

He started growing concerned and headed for the cliff overlooking the river at the edge of town.

As more cats started following he broke into a run and stopped at the edge of the cliff and tossed the cat statue into the waters below.

Amazingly enough all of the cats following him ran to the edge of the cliff and jumped into the water too.

Intrigued, the man went back to the pawn shop, walked in and asked “Say, do you have any Obama statues?”

Nearly half of Mexican cops fail police tests

MEXICO CITY (AP) - Almost half of Mexican police officers examined this year have failed background and security tests, a figure that rises to nearly 9 of 10 cops in the border state of Baja California, the government reported Thursday.

The number of officers scoring a “not recommendable” rating on the tests averaged 49 percent nationwide, well above the 42 percent who got a “recommendable” rating.

The tests - which involved lie detectors, drug tests, psychological profiling and tests of personal wealth, among other measures - were intended to root out corrupt, incompetent and unfit officers. The report did not break down how many officers failed each category.

In Baja California, home to the border city of Tijuana, some 89 percent of police tested failed, and only 4 percent were judged “recommendable.” Officers there have been periodically disarmed, detained and investigated by federal investigators and army troops on suspicion of aiding drug traffickers.

Can you imagine the hue and cry of the American people if this were our standard? Can you imagine the actions that the NAACP, the ACLU and every other *civil rights* organization would take it this were the accepted level of professionalism of American police?

Mexico doesn’t hold their police to standards that OUR officers were held to 40 years ago, maybe even further back than that. The level of corruption seen among Mexican police has NEVER been approached by ANY department in the U.S.A., not even by the Chicago P.D. back in the Capone days!

I can understand the fact that there are some decent Mexican people that want to come to this nation simply to earn a decent living and better themselves, and given the level of corruption and sheer incompetence of their police, and truth be told, their army and their very government, I actually don’t blame them. Maybe they come here illegally because in Mexico, LEGAL itself is a moot point, legal, and it’s definition often have much to do with the amount of money you happen to have on you at the moment.

I spent 9 years in El Paso, working on BOTH sides of the border. The El Paso Police and El Paso County Sheriffs Dept were as top shelf as anyone could ask for. The cops on the Mexican side, Front Chih., Chihuahua State Police and Juarez City Police were an entirely different matter, and for the record, I was in El Paso from 1981 until 1990, Americans were not nearly as aware of the ILLEGAL invasion as they are today, but even then, Mexican corruption ran rampant, immigration laws were nonexistent.

Border Patrol did as good a job as they could, given their limited resources, they would round up the illegals and take them back to Juarez by the bus load. In most cases, a quick payoff to a Mexican official was made and the illegals were back in Texas before the Border Patrol bus that took them back was.

Fast forward to 2008, Mexico is even more corrupt, their economy is even worse than it was 25 or 30 years ago and our borders are no stronger. We still have *wetbacks* invading this nation in great numbers, and mixed with them, I am convinced, members of terror organizations that are bringing in guns, grenades and other explosives to use against us, the American people, at a time of their choosing. And that time is not too far in the future I believe.

Mexico is corruption personified, we can’t count on Mexico for anything, yet our borders are still incredibly porous, and with the incoming Obama administration, the borders will NOT be getting any stronger I am guessing. Americans had best be on guard, ever vigilant, we are now at a time in our history where the very survival of this nation is in jeopardy. Look to our current POTUS for some the basic reasons WHY, George Bush spent the last 8 years doing nothing to secure our border with Mexico. Look to his predecessors as well, no U.S. president has done much in the effort to secure our border since Operation Wetback in 1953.

With the obviously sad state of the Mexican police, and Mexico itself, if We, The People don’t make a stand soon, we won’t have anything left to stand for!!

Whereas, by requirement of the United States Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, no one can be sworn into office as president of the United States without being a natural born citizen;

Whereas, there is sufficient controversy within the citizenry of the United States as to whether presidential election winner Barack Obama was actually born in Hawaii as he claims;

Whereas, Barack Obama has refused repeated calls to release publicly his entire Hawaiian birth certificate, which would include the actual hospital that performed the delivery;

Whereas, lawsuits filed in several states seeking only proof of the basic minimal standard of eligibility have been rebuffed;

Whereas, Hawaii at the time of Obama’s birth allowed births that took place in foreign countries to be registered in Hawaii;

Whereas, concerns that our government is not taking this constitutional question seriously will result in diminished confidence in our system of free and fair elections;

We, the undersigned, assert our rights as citizens of the United States in demanding that the constitutional eligibility requirement be taken seriously and that any and all controlling legal authorities in this matter examine the complete birth certificate of Barack Obama, including the actual city and hospital of birth, and make that document available to the American people for inspection.

101 killed as gunmen rampage in India city

MUMBAI, India (AP) - A trickle of bodies and hostages emerged from a luxury hotel Thursday as Indian commandoes tried to free people trapped by suspected Muslim militants who attacked at least 10 targets in India’s financial capital of Mumbai, killing 101 people.

More than 300 were also wounded in the highly coordinated attacks Wednesday night by bands of gunmen who invaded two five star hotels, a popular restaurant, a crowded train station, a Jewish center and at least five other sites, armed with assault rifles, hand grenades and explosives.

A previously unknown Islamic militant group claimed responsibility for the carnage, the latest in a series of nationwide terror attacks over the past three years that have dented India’s image as an industrious nation galloping toward prosperity.

Among the dead were at least one Australian, a Japanese and a British national, said Pradeep Indulkar, a senior government official of Maharashtra state, whose capital is Mumbai. The Italian Foreign Ministry in Rome said an Italian was also killed.

Indulkar said 101 people were killed and 314 injured. Officials said eight militants were also killed.

It’s going to happen here too folks, right here on U.S. soil, it has been nothing less than a miracle that it hasn’t already, and we would be foolish to NOT think it can’t, or won’t happen here.

If the Obama administration tries to throw some *gun control* BS at us, saying that ’stricter gun laws will stop things like this from happening here’, or that ‘if Americans give up their guns this type of thing won’t happen to us’, don’t fall for it, it’s a lie. The Dems know it’s a lie, the Libbers even know it’s a lie, but they would be happy to give up our only real personal protection and just *roll over* if that’s what they are told they must do to achieve world peace!

It IS coming, some of us have been fervently blogging about it, some have been preaching it for a long time now, domestic terror, acts of terror committed right here, on our homes, in our homeland, is a realistic possibility. The players are already in place, our long time wide open borders, and lax immigration enforcement, have given them all the opportunity that is needed to get in place and prepare.

If you doubt that, think about this, if the drug runners can sneak drugs across the border, what stops terrorists from sneaking assault rifles, grenades and other explosive ordinance into the USA?? Our *totally secure* border maybe??

Think about it folks, never let it scare you, but never let it be too far from your thoughts. Use caution and prepare for the attacks that will happen, right here in America. I do not think it’ll be passenger jets into buildings this time, but instead, I believe we’ll face attacks just like the Indians are presently dealing with.

I know that this is a heavy post for Thanksgiving Day, but we can NEVER give in and we must NEVER let our guard down. The best to ALL of you, and enjoy your Thanksgiving with your loved ones! I’ll be back sometime Sunday afternoon.
