No problems so far, the immigration agent told the American citizen and his 22-year-old Colombian wife at her green card interview in December. After he stapled one of their wedding photos to her application for legal permanent residency, he had just one more question: What was her cellphone number?
The calls from the agent started three days later. He hinted, she said, at his power to derail her life and deport her relatives, alluding to a brush she had with the law before her marriage. He summoned her to a private meeting. And at noon on Dec. 21, in a parked car on Queens Boulevard, he named his price — not realizing that she was recording everything on the cellphone in her purse.
“I want sex,†he said on the recording. “One or two times. That’s all. You get your green card. You won’t have to see me anymore.â€
She reluctantly agreed to a future meeting. But when she tried to leave his car, he demanded oral sex “now,†to “know that you’re serious.†And despite her protests, she said, he got his way.

We became acquainted due to certain similarities in our jobs and we would hang out from time to time, cook out, drink a few beers, whatever, but after a while I caught on to the fact that he had a lot more money to play with than the average Border Patrol Agent…
He had him a scam working, he was getting a ‘new’ wife on a fairly regular basis, always a Hispanic, always pretty and young with no children, hard working and dedicated to keeping him happy but they didn’t stay around all that long…
Here’s the deal, he was doing the ‘arranged marriage’ thing, just long enough for the girl to get her papers and then they would divorce, ALL of it paid for by the girls family, including her upkeep while she lived with him and a reasonably substantial payment to HIM for services rendered…
It took a while, but eventually it all caught up to him and he was arrested, lost his job with the Border Patrol and I lost track of him after that, but he was abusing the system and he paid the price, as well he should have, and I hope this guy in the above story pays as well, an abuse of power by a person in this position can’t go unpunished, and this sort of thing happens a lot more than most folks are aware of…
If you sign on to protect this nation, do your job and leave the scams and sex games alone, allowing illegals to buy their way in with sexual favors is as bad as just watching them run across the border unimpeded in my opinion…
