U.S. workers in Baghdad restricted
BAGHDAD - The State Department on Thursday told all workers at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad not to leave reinforced structures following the deaths of two Americans in attacks on the Green Zone, a heavily fortified area besieged by militants this week.
The Baghdad military command imposed a curfew on the capital from 11 p.m. Thursday to 5 a.m. Sunday in bid to stem the violence.
One American was killed Thursday by incoming insurgent fire on the Green Zone. U.S. Embassy spokeswoman Mirembe Nantongo identified the person as a government employee but said she could give no further details until relatives were notified.
An American financial analyst was killed Sunday in the first volley to strike the zone.
The U.S. military has blamed Iranian-backed Shiite militiamen for the attacks, which come as amid heightened tensions between followers of radical cleric Muqtada al-Sadr and the Shiite-led government.

But other than these few minor little incidents everything is pretty much okie-dokie in Baghdad, I have it on good authority, this is just more BS from the MSM, the rocket attacks on the Green Zone and the ensuing death(s) are merely MSM attempts at sensationalism, you know how the MSM loves to make the war effort out to be something it’s not, one of the # 1 Bush Bots said so.
It must be the truth, I mean, 28% of the nation can’t be wrong, can they?

I been shot at a few time, and even had a couple of morter and or rockets go off pretty close by, but I was never told to stay inside hardened structures. Humm, I tend to agree Fred. Something smells around here

On the invasion of Iraq, Tommy Franks said he thought it was a mistake but he would plan it if the President decided to do it. He told Rumsfeld that he would need 400,000 troops. Rumsfeld said, “You can have 75,000 troops.”
They agreed on 140,000.
So much for Bush saying he listens to the commanders.

G.W. Bush DOES listen to his commanders, as long as they are saying what he wants to hear, if they don’t say what he wants to hear they aren’t in command for very long…
Bush is a lot like the Bots that support him and try to blast folks like you and me with their bullshit about news sources, you know what I mean, if it’s not from FOXNews it just can’t be a reliable news source, those assholes, that’s how Bush listens to his commanders, and you can bet that there will be some that say your link to Bush’s War on PBS is a deliberate slam, and slanted to make G.W. Bush look bad, well here’s the deal, G.W. Bush doesn’t need ANY help to make himself look bad, he has that part of life down to a science…
G.W. Bush is the most ignorant, narrow minded and egotistical SOB to ever be the POTUS, he has NO business in office, he had NO business being elected TO office, but I still cringe at the thought of an asshole like Kerry, a lying piece of shit that bought his war record, or Algore, Mr. Global warming as POTUS too…
Americans have sunk to new depths of depravity in their political choices, the last few elections prove it and it started with the election of Jimmy Carter then resumed when we elected George H.W. Bush, but if there’s any doubt as to the sheer stupidity of the American voter, wait until November, we’ll plumb the depths again as we once more elect the lesser of the evils, at least I HOPE we elect the LESSER…

They can knock the link, the story or the film all they want, f**k-em. The caliber of the people they interviewed, the papers that were given to them and the access they had for the show.
Can’t argue with this piece, unless your a complete idiot.
Well. let’s face it, Bush-Bots are complete idiots, blinder-people.
“Stupid is what stupid does.”

Ranando, I fully agree, every word true…
And yeah, they ARE complete idiots…

What surprises me is when you present the facts, the comments stop.
Bush-Bots need to look our soldiers in the face and tell them, “Your being sent to Iraq and you’re going to die and here is the reason why.”
Big problem, they don’t have a reason.

Not just the comments Ranando, when you tell the HARD TRUTH, and back it with facts, they either call you a liar, a traitor or worse, and your readership tends to drop too…
I have seen it on this blog in the last few days, since Iraq has heated back up and I have been speaking my mind concerning Iraq, my readership has dropped substantially…
And ya know what, I don’t give a DAMN, if people are that blind, and that narrow minded and so damned ignorant that they feel they MUST beat the Bush drum on every little matter, I don’t need them and/or their Bush Bot and McCainiac opinions on this blog…
I don’t make a penny off of this endeavor, assholes like Gayle Szeredy and Amy Proctor and their ‘I wanna blow Bush’ attitude WILL NOT hurt me, my blog or my income, and if the truth hurts my standings in the blog world, screw the blog world, the TRUTH will stand the light of day, hypocrites like Gayle Szeredy (My Republican Blog) and Amy Proctor (Bottom Line Up Front) are seen for what they really are, ignorant Bush Sluts…
