Is Obama the ‘first gay president’ as Newsweek proclaims?

Newsweek magazine’s latest cover proclaims Barack Obama the ‘first gay president’. He’d rather focus on the economy than his controversial new support for same-sex marriage. But that’s a tough issue for him, as recent polls show.

Like Mitt Romney, President Obama no doubt wishes the same-sex marriage question would fade into the background so that issues more important to most Americans – say, the economy – could become the focus of campaign 2012.

That’s unlikely to happen this coming week.

The cover of Newsweek magazine portrays Obama with a rainbow halo and proclaims that he’s the “first gay president.” The New Yorker cover picks up on the rainbow theme – shown as multi-hued White House columns – in what it’s calling its “Spectrum of Light” cover. Both magazines hit newsstands Monday.

It may be true, as Rep. Barney Frank (D) of Massachusetts – the first openly-gay member of Congress – says, that Obama’s coming out on behalf of same-sex marriage this past week won’t make much difference in November’s election.

There is a very important piece of information that CSM doesn’t say anything about; Andrew Sullivan is the person that wrote the cover story for Newsweek, and Andrew Sullivan is as QUEER as a $3 bill, so, if anyone would know whether Barack Hussein Obama is a QUEER or not, I would have to assume that Andrew Sullivan would know.

Sullivan was born in South Godstone, Surrey, England, to a Roman Catholic family of Irish descent, and was brought up in the nearby town of East Grinstead, West Sussex. He was educated at Reigate Grammar School, and studied at Magdalen College, Oxford, where he was awarded a first-class degree Bachelor of Arts in modern history and modern languages. In his second year, he was elected president of the Oxford Union, holding the office in Trinity term 1983, although criticized for his tactics in founding a university society as a vehicle for his electoral ambitions by Boris Johnson.

Sullivan earned a Master in Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, followed by a PhD on government from Harvard, his dissertation being on the conservative British philosopher Michael Oakeshott.

Sullivan, in 2003, wrote a Salon article identifying himself as a member of the gay “bear community”. On 27 August 2007, Sullivan married his husband Aaron Tone in Provincetown, Massachusetts.

Sullivan had a long-expressed desire to become a U.S. citizen, but was barred for many years from applying for citizenship because of his HIV-positive status. SOURCE

There have been rumors about Obama being a homosexual, or possibly a bi-sexual, and those rumors were not started by anyone on the RIGHT.

When his story was ignored by the news media, Larry Sinclair made his case last month in a YouTube video, which has now been viewed more than a quarter-million times. And when it was still ignored by the media, Sinclair filed a suit in Minnesota District Court, alleging threats and intimidation by Obama’s staff.

Sinclair, who says he is willing to submit to a polygraph test to validate his claims, will now get his chance – thanks to a website offering $10,000 for the right to record it and $100,000 to Sinclair if he passes. SOURCE

Is ANY of this true? I don’t know, I wasn’t there, but the accusations are out there, and now Andrew Sullivan fires a shot calling Barack Hussein Obama the ‘first gay president’?

It’s all pretty suspicious in my opinion; North Carolina votes an amendment into their state Constitution and all of a sudden Barack Hussein Obama magically *comes out* in favor of homosexual marriage. Suspicious to me, especially when you consider this;

ABC News’ Teddy Davis, Sunlen Miller, Tahman Bradley, and Rigel Anderson report: Barack Obama’s nuanced position on same-sex marriage is on full display in an MTV interview which is set to air on Monday.

Obama told MTV he believes marriage is “between a man and a woman” and that he is “not in favor of gay marriage.”

If this were done by a GOP candidate, it would be called a *flip-flop*, but since it’s Obama, he’s described as having an *evolving opinion*.

The duplicity of the Democrats and Libbers is beyond belief.

And to make this crystal clear to any and ALL reading here, I don’t call it GAY, I refuse to bastardize the word GAY. It’s homosexual, call it what it is.
