A very PERSONAL message from TexasFred

Ladies and Gentlemen, I am going to anger and alienate some of you with this post, and that is my express intent!

I am also going to make some of you very happy with this post as well, and that too is my intent, and I apologize to no one for the views I am about to share.

It is my belief that today the United States of America died. Today we became the Socialist States of America, and many nations are going to welcome us into the fold.

Today we killed the free enterprise system in this nation when our Congress passed the most outrageous and absurd bill to ever pass through the Senate, the House and to the desk of the Socialist in Chief, and I am certain that the Socialist in Chief will immediately sign this preposterous bill into law.

And with that signing, we, the former USA become the SSA, and the nation that we all knew is effectively done for.

I am of the utmost belief that any Senator that supported this bill is no longer a Democrat, Republican or Independent, they are, for all purposes and intents, nothing more than Socialists. I am also of the utmost belief that this accusation also applies to any Congressman that voted FOR the travesty known as the Wall Street Bailout.

To take this even further, and to make the point of angering and alienating some readers, I am also of the belief that ANY citizen that supports this mockery of the American way is nothing more than a Socialist, they are, in MY not so humble opinion, the SCUM of this earth.

I want to thank my Congressman, Mr. Sam Johnson, and I applaud his efforts to keep this travesty from being foisted off on the American people, he did his best, his colleagues let him, and the American people down.

I am a true believer in God, the American way, our constitution and free enterprise, I am a proud Conservative and I hate, I want to reiterate that, I HATE, with all my being, those that would destroy this nation, our enemies are many, and today the most dangerous of those enemies was revealed, the enemy within.

I’m not going to name names or publish the names of any that send me an email response, but I do ask this, if your Senators or Congressmen supported the bailout bill, and if you still support these Socialist politicians, and if you are on ANY of my blog rolls, please let me know so I can immediately remove your socialist ass and be done with you.

We no longer have a Republican or Democratic party system in America, we have a Socialist Congress and Senate, but we do have a few BRAVE Senators and Congressmen that are fighting for us, this nation, our freedom and the TRUE American way.

America 1st, God, free markets, capitalism and Conservatism, those are the tenets that this nation was built on and I will adhere to them until the day I die, to hell with ALL Socialists, their beliefs and their feigned love of America.

I know this post doesn’t apply to most of my readers or blog roll members, not even 1% of my readers or members I believe, but there are a very few that DO support the Wall Street Bailout, and to those readers and members I say this, I wish to discontinue ANY association with you and your site(s), and again, I make NO apology to anyone for having these feelings and opinions. I hope that those that DO support the bailout have the fortitude to come forward and say so.

I read ALL the blogs on the rolls, and I will remove ANY that are espousing their support of the socialization of America!

EDIT TO ADD: Here ya go, take a look and see exactly WHO the SCUM of the earth Socialists are in our Halls of Congress.

How They Voted on Bailout Bill

I can’t see anything, at all, wrong …….. with what you said.

This afternoon I heard a swoosh, and it was, I figure about $10,000 leaving my back pocket. I am now subsidizing housing and corporate a$$clowns (sorry).

Why, oh why, didn’t my wife and I actually buy a house we could actually afford 5 years ago. At least if I got myself over my head in debt that $10k in taxed would be coming right back.

Expect in the 2012, or 2016 elections for the Socialists to promise to forgive some of those mortgages.

And I still can’t believe the a$$hats in DC think they can manage asset backed securities. Just think of the turmoil that is going to be caused in the lending institutions as they try to manage the loans that will be purchased by DC. $820B, eck, this is going to cost us trillions by the time it is all said in done.

Congress approves the bill and the DOW drops 200 points…go figure. Shoot, my funds dropped even more since this morning.

My son drives OTR truck and called me an hour ago, all pissed off over the signing of the bill by Bush. He said California is now whining for Federal money to pay their teachers.

Pandora’s box of government bailouts has been opened.

Proud to say as for me & My Congressman Dean Heller…we said NO!

Now…my Senators (UGHHH) Harry Reid and John Ensign (R) caved. They both voted yes the first time though. The other two representatives voted yes…one the first time and then the other caved today and flip flopped…John Ensign lost my vote or any support he might expect from me (R) or NOT! I’ll vote none of the above before I’ll give him a nod…and I won’t vote for a Democrat.

California’s already in line for 7B… It’s gonna get ugly!

I keep catching myself looking at my passport and wondering if there’s some place I could go to get away from this mess.

    Thailand?

It’s only going to get worse. When Barack Vissarionovich Hussein Obama gets elected Communist in Chief on November 4 the deal will be sealed.

There used to be a time when CinC meant “Commander in Chief.” No longer, I fear.

With a stroke of his pen, George Bush just changed that forever.

Hmmm…. I wonder if we’ll be able to even get back into the country after the election?

Congress created this problem by forcing banks to make questionable =bad loans in the first place. They were wrong. Now they try and fix their mistake with an even bigger one. two wrongs don’t make a right.

Currently they are brokering small banks out of the system and setting us up for an even bigger tumble. There was a time when congress would seek to break major players and monopolies to protect its citizens but now they are failing us.

Comrades Lincoln and Pryor (both Senators D-AR) voted for this, as did Comrade Ross (rep - D-AR). I will not bother with their nonsensical reasons for voting for this - it is irrelevent.

The only thing I know to do is vote ‘em all out. Unfortunately for my state, Comrades Lincoln, Pryor and Ross rarely have opposition.

Fred, I agree 100% with your post. My representative (David Davis) voted no. I am thankful for this. Unfortunately, both Senators for the state of TN. voted for socialism. I want to assure you that not only will I not support them, I will do everything within my power to ensure this will be their last term.

I am so sorry that this has happened to your Country. Unfortunately, now maybe you can understand how we Canadian Conservatives have felt for YEARS and cut us some slack. Sucks in the big way. North America is heading in the European way and there doesn’t seem to be a damn thing we can do, and nowhere to go. Anyone know of any uncharted islands a la Gilligan?
Praying for BOTH of our Countries…

Fred, I didn’t write about this one today on my blog because every other word would have been a profanity. So I just posted a picture that summed up the way I feel about what happened.

We agree fully on this one.

    Well said, well said.

I’ve said it before and I will say it again…this time slowly and with more feeling…

    We…are….SCREWED!

MY 4th Dist Rep, John Doolittle, voted NO. But hell, Fred, I live in Fornicalia.

    The Fornicalia votes: “Republicans — Bilbray, N; Bono Mack, Y; Calvert, Y; Campbell, Y; Doolittle, N; Dreier, Y; Gallegly, N; Herger, Y; Hunter, N; Issa, N; Lewis, Y; Lungren, Daniel E., Y; McCarthy, N; McKeon, Y; Miller, Gary, Y; Nunes, N; Radanovich, Y; Rohrabacher, N; Royce, N.”

The ONLY Right Wingers left in this entire state are me and Robert

But even MORE frightening than this bailout: NEXT week. What happens when the market tanks AGAIN — AFTER this “infusion” of free cash?? Will they go back to the trough for another $700 billion? And another? And another?

I agree with you in the US is going downhill, but the great thing is that we can still say it without anybody shooting us. As low as the situation is, it can be reversed… Unlike what Biden said.

  15. comment number 15 by: TexasFred

BZ, they WILL keep coming back now, over and over… A precedent has been set and until WE remove ALL the people that made this happen, and those that ALLOWED the bill to pass, we will remain the new USSA. United Socialist States of America!

  16. comment number 16 by: Basti

I’m so angry I can’t stand it. What remained for the old US Republic died on 10/03/08, RIP. The US is now officially a member of the Communist cabal of nations. All we’ve stood for, fought for, and died for in the past 200 + years thrown away so that those who were incompetent and those who are the biggest thieves in history could be saved from the just consequences of their actions. I’m a vindictive man and I can only hope that those who voted for the bailout and those who supported it live long enough to pay the price for what they’ve done!

  17. comment number 17 by: TexasFred

My anger has boiled on this one Basti, you know the real me, and you know that I bear a grudge the same way you do…

I have been scanning the rolls too, and anyone on the Texas Blogroll that has been found with a support logo for that Socialist bastard Cornyn has been removed, I was very serious in my statement, I, and THIS blog will NOT support socialism or any that do!

It’s not much actually, it’s just a link, but it IS what I can do directly… Without going to jail…

  18. comment number 18 by: Bloviating Zeppelin

Well, Doolittle is “out” in my area, and now it’s down to Charlie Brown the Demorat, and Tom McClintock the Repub. THIS is the guy I’ve been walking for, writing checks to, calling local talk shows about. THIS is the guy that needs to be elected to, first, the governorship of Fornicalia then, in my opinion, to the presidency. About McClintock:

“Sen. McClintock was on the Armstrong & Getty Show this morning to discuss the defeat of the bailout. He talked about why the $700 billion bailout was bad for our nation. Also Sen. McClintock put forth several measures that can be done now to improve the financial crisis.”

He was AGAINST it. McClintock’s fiscal philosophies are tough and realistic. I haven’t just “talked the talk” — I’ve walked the walk and put my money there also.

Sorry to be so late joining y’all. Some SOB stole my cat, a ten year veteran of this family. Been searching now for a day and a half. I’m so angry I ought not be writing anything for a while.

Anyway, I suspect you all know how I feel about this. I’ve been screaming about this socialist crap since it began, apparently to little, if any, effect. However, there is one glimmer of hope. My Congressman, Mike McIntryre of NC, VOTED AGAINST the Bailout. Mike is a conservative democrat and that is an extrememely rare animal. Robin Hayes, a Republican from the next district over, also voted against it.

I’m sick over what my country has become. Just sick!

I went to a gun show in Tyler, TX today, and bought some more 12 gauge buckshot.
I am ready for the bastard socialists, communists, who want to overthrow this country.
But they won’t make trouble, as this is not sneaky enough for them.
So, I will go whitetail deer hunting instead.

  21. comment number 21 by: Robert

Well Fred, I am in support of your message, I have talked to my Republican Rep and he is aware of my views NOW…. He gave me some reasons like “We didn’t have time to wait” and “People were hurting” I told him I was going to be affected as well, I have a 401k, I have a pension, I was losing home value.. BUT Country first is NOT just a slogan you need to walk the walk, THIS was not best for our country.

I told him at the end of our discussion that we were parting ways, and the sign I used to keep in my yard FOR him will now contain a red line through him.

  22. comment number 22 by: TexasFred

Rob, I was very serious too, there are going to be a few bloggers telling folks what a one way son of a bitch I am, I dumped 3 or 4 from the rolls and another position or 2, I go to a blog and see a John Cornyn logo and that site is on MY rolls, I fight back the only way I can…

Cornyn has shown that he is a socialist, ANY that support him are proving that THEY are socialist too.. I do NOT support nor associate WITH anyone that is a socialist…

It’s just that simple, I asked em to let me know if they were going to maintain their support and I would just delete them, but if I have to go looking for it, I can do that too… I have a really fast computer setup…

And my computer hates socialists too…

  23. comment number 23 by: Isaac

    Fred,
lol, as a computer engineer, I can agree with you on that. Machine spirits have to be properly corrupted by the dark socialist powers before they agree.

  24. comment number 24 by: Effluent

Heck, Fred. I forgot that I had my upside down Palin-McCain logo on my sidebar. I just took that down.

Shoot, it had King Socialist’s name right on it.

Let’s not forget that McCain enabled this thing, too. Just the same as Barry O.

    Ain’t that a hoot? Not.

Stole your cat! That’s got to have been a Commie bastard who done that. I’d gut shoot a cat stealer and I’m dead serious!!!

  26. comment number 26 by: TexasFred

Basti is NOT bullshitting either, he loves cats more than most people…

And that big damn dog of his too…

And any SOB that’d steal a cat is a sorry SOB!!

  27. comment number 27 by: GUYK

The republic is dead. And socialism will crumble under its own weight. What remains to be seen is what will emerge. I used to think that there were enough Americans who valued their freedom enough to fight for it…now I wonder.

The opportunity to succeed implies the opportunity to fail and now government is going to insure no one fails. I figured that out sometime back and got out of business..I believe that Ayn Rand is right..as long as we keep producing they will continue to loot us. And if we refuse to produce any more than that to meet our personal needs they will have no one to loot. The real producers have for the most part already left the country and the ones government is supporting are not producers although they call themselves business men and women..they are just part of the looters.

Any business that has to have government to guarantee its success is not adding to the economy..conversely it is sapping the economy. They will eventually fail as government will fail when there is no longer anyone producing any thing of value.

Lock and load my friend…I have an idea that within a couple of years we may have to walk around armed in our yards and sleep with the shotgun just to protect the groceries in the cubbard.

Hello Fred, I just happened to find this poem.

As sad as the situation is in the states, I would not worry too much. She has been through worst… Of course, convervatives always need to pull her back up.

Fred you always execute those messages so perfectly. They are everything I wish I’d blogged and more. I agree with you 100%.

I have to teacher social studies to 8th grade and it is all I can not to go on a tangent about how we are no longer a republic or “representative democracy” but how we are a socialist nation, heading for a recession, if not a depression.

But that’s too much for their underdeveloped minds.

    God bless you Fred.
