A message to the American people from TexasFred

I have heard the TEA Party called a lot of things lately.

A rudderless ship, operating under a full head of steam with no direction whatsoever. I have seen a few examples of that too, as much as I hate to say it.

I have seen a few TEA Party organizations that tout the Conservative bonafides of certain Senators that are anything but Conservative. I have seen those very TEA Parties invite said Senator to their events only to have him booed off the stage by REAL Conservatives.

I have heard our organization denigrated by the left, references made to some perversion that apparently only those on the perverted left were familiar with until recently when our detractors began to refer to us as *tea baggers*.

I have heard Harry Reid and his ilk refer to us as *Astro Turf*. Fake grass. An effort to downplay the grassroots movement that the TEA Party embodies.

Reid’s disgusting cohort, Nancy Pelosi, made reference to us as being a bunch of NAZIs and swastika wearing trouble makers. Apparently Pelosi and Reid have never been to a TEA Party rally and have us confused with an Aryan Nation and skinhead type of organization.

I won’t even attempt to decipher the thoughts of the far left and their moonbattery, but I will say this, as disorganized, as rudderless as we may be, the TEA Party, and a few other groups out there that are motivated by pure patriotism, and nothing else, have scared the hell out of the Libs, Dems and far left moonbats.

The President, and leaders of the Senate and House are doing their very best to discredit Conservative America and the effort being put forth to stop the march to socialism that this nation is apparently set on.

We are called Right Wing Radicals by the left. That is a name I wear proudly. Thomas Jefferson was a right wing radical. Most of the founding fathers of this nation were right wing radicals, and to be even remotely considered in that group is an honor.

Some folks have become involved in the TEA Party movement because they are what I call joiners, folks that will join up with any group or organization just to be a member of something.

Some folks have become members in an effort to advance their desires to move into the political field.

Some have become members because they thought that the TEA Party was going to become a radical right wing movement ready to go to war. An ill conceived notion, but, in the interest of fairness, those are some of the reasons for joining that I have heard of late.

Some folks are members of TEA Party groups because a TEA Party gathering is where they get their current news. Sad, I know, but the truth. Those people are terribly out of touch, they are uninformed regarding current events and are beating dead horses that have NO bearing whatsoever on the direction this nation has taken.

They constantly forward email after email of OLD information, they mean well, but for crying out loud, some of us are hard core political bloggers and activists. We have seen that stuff many times over. They load in-boxes with useless or irrelevant garbage. They mean well I suppose, but they need to get up to speed on real time events before they attempt to bring people like me DOWN to their speed with OLD stuff.

Some have become members of the TEA Party because they want to preach the Gospel. Now I personally have nothing against preaching the Gospel, it’s not MY calling but if it’s your calling, so be it. But if you’re going to preach the Gospel, get FIRED UP! Don’t stand up there and drone on endlessly, driving away the people attending our TEA Party gatherings. Give them a reason to stand up and shout HALLELUJAH, not take a nap.

America has reached a point of unprecedented division. We are divided on politics, abortion, religion, the management of our nations business, TARP, Cap and Trade, Immigration reforms, bailouts, just to name a few of the reasons for our division.

We are being forced to accept things that are quite simply, unacceptable. We have a President that has constantly had his legitimacy to hold that office questioned, his birthright questioned. We have a President that is highly suspect of being a Muslim sympathizer, if not, in truth, secretly a Muslim.

We have a president that has appointed numerous CZARs to oversee his wishes and desires for America. The little dictators are APPOINTED, not elected, and the legality of that action is being called into question.

Our President is suspected of being a follower of the teachings of Marx, Stalin and Hitler. Many of his programs today stand in testament to those suspicions. Our President has asked that Americans report anything *fishy* to his minions. Fishy? There’s a word that bears a broad definition in today’s political world.

We are led by a President that is supported by the far left and union goons. We are led by a President that encourages his union goons to hit us twice as hard as we hit them. We haven’t hit anyone, but some of Obama’s union goons, SEIU members I am told, have engaged in violence against peaceful Americans who were voicing their opinions at political gatherings. Does that action by union goons not smell of Chicago gangland politics?

America is in serious trouble my friends and it will be the Conservatives of this nation that either save Her, or die trying. But here is one more cold hard fact; if we, as Conservatives, as TEA Party members and members of other various grassroots organizations don’t get our train pulling in one well organized direction, this train will be derailed and America will be the worse for it.

I have preached the end of the Republican party for a long time. I have been insistent on the need for a formation of an Conservative Party, one that is in the possession of some BALLS.

So far, I have been terribly disappointed with the so-called Conservative parties that I have seen. Mostly they have been made up of people that perhaps have had a few good ideas, but are afraid of their own shadow. They are afraid to speak out and tell the REAL truth. They are afraid of offending the few current members they have or any future members they possibly may gain. They don’t appreciate people like me, people that will look you in the eye and tell you the REAL truth, and not give a damn about the consequences.

Political correctness WILL be the death of this nation. Americans have got to find their voice, we have got to speak up, loud and clear, and we have got to speak in terms, and with words that ALL can understand; America 1st! And by God, if that message offends anyone, they NEED to be offended.

The time for polite, well mannered civil discourse has long past. It’s time to fire up the people of this nation, the REAL Conservatives of this nation, and by God it’s time to take this nation back from the demons that are trying to destroy her with their socialism and a love of all things anti-American!

If this post, and my message offends you, GOOD, you need to be offended! Maybe that will wake a few folks up. I am not doing this to win a popularity contest, I am not a shining example of political correctness and I never will be. I have no desire to hold political office, my only desire is to save this nation from the path of destruction we have been set upon and are most assuredly following.

*tapping toes* I’m waiting to be offended. Hmmm…. Nope, not happening. The truth doesn’t offend. Or shouldn’t.

I 100% agree all the grass roots should combine. There are many small groups who are speaking out but if combined into one large group, would shake the very rafters of Congress. The Tea Party is the largest, and most who have gotten involved are of one mind. We have egos getting in the way of real progress, and THAT offends me. If our goal is to save the country we love so well, then we should be able to put aside our egos, and work together.

If we scare them, it’s obvious, we are doing something VERY right. :D

People - If you want this Country to resemble what you grew up in and what Franklin, Jefferson and Washington envisioned; you best be prepared to sacrifice whatever it takes to defeat what Obama is throwing at us. We have to confront these lefttist assholes at every turn. If groups such as Acorn and the SEIU (Obama’s Brown Shirts) resort to violence and intimidation at the polls and political gatherings, like actions need to be returned in kind with enough force that they won’t want to try it again. The healthcare and cap and tax bills must be defeated and the liberals voted out. Its time to stand up and be counted.

This is just the beginning, Fred. This is the American People just finally starting to stir. They’re predominantly unaware of their nascent power. They’ve been bullied for so long they’re tough to awaken. I don’t mean the non-contributors, the non-producers; I mean those who labor every day, who pay taxes, who — up to now — have been too busy with their lives to Pay Attention or who have been apolitical.

These people represent a Large Beast.

A Large Beast that this administration really, REALLY does NOT truly want to awaken. But clearly it can’t help itself when it continues to prod the Large Beast.

    If the prodding doesn’t stop. . .

Thank God someone is against “political correctness”…what we need is “COMMON SENSE”! Political correctness and progressivism have doomed many european countries.
You cannot be a doormat until you lay down….I think many Americans are tired of being trampled on!

Fred, instead of calling a new party the “conservative” party…how about if we call it the “Constitution Party”…maybe with this name those elected will not so easily shred the Constitution.

I feel more people are moving from the left to the right. Conservative ideas is beginning to show up in the politics of all parties in numbers never seen before in my long lifetime.

We need more people with courage to stand for what is right and what is best for the nation.

Actually we need more people like TexasFred that will openly say the things that need to be said. I may not be politically correct but if I feel it then I will say it openly and proudly, no matter whose feelings get hurt.

Old Folks, I have made more than a few enemies for speaking exactly what I think too…

My views on illegal immigration got me labeled a RACIST, and I never figured it out, I mean, my accuser is a PhD and I know he’s really smart, especially compared to a redneck like me but, he’s a PhD after all, I probably shouldn’t question him, but just when the hell did ILLEGAL become a race?? :?

I’m just a dumb hick blogger from Texas, I don’t teach PoliSci at some 3rd rate Community College in California, but the last time I checked, ILLEGAL was a description of an action against the law, but what do I know… :P

    illegal –adjective
    1. forbidden by law or statute.
    2. contrary to or forbidden by official rules, regulations, etc.: The referee ruled that it was an illegal forward pass.

    –noun
    3. Informal. illegal alien.

I’ll take a redneck blogger over a PhD any day.

    Fred,

As you know, I have several degrees. Having degrees does not make one smart but rather educated in a system that promotes political correctness and liberalism. There are a lot of people with Ph.D degrees that are misguided, misinformed and just plain incorrect.

When I was younger, I leaned toward the left. As I aged and acquired wisdom, I learned that the Left is not Right but wrong for the working American.

Old Folks, I know all that… The guy I am talking about was a troll bastard that tried his best to kill this blog and several others, he is a PhD but he’s an idiot, a reverse racist, empowerment asshole with a CHIP THIS BIG on his MUTT shoulder.. The old readers here know exactly who I am talking about, we make fun of his faux Conservative ass all the time…

I am a Conservative and I will not support just the Republican Party. . If people still think there’s a difference in the 2 parties they need to wake up. They are 2 White Collared Thug, Thieving Gangs. They have completely destroyed this country. I’m sure most of them could give a rats a$$ about this country. The Republican and Democratic GANG use PC to take away our rights. I’m so sick of hearing about Racism, my kids have heard it so much that they are numb to it. I’m trying to raise them to know that American, tax paying, Patriots also have rights. Maybe I should report myself to the Fishy site, I also teach them to love their Country.

Fred, you have hit the nail right on the has issue. Many small groups are uniting without a plan but with a cause. The large group that is forming is called the American People their cause is Freedom. The Giant is awake and he is pissed. I don’t care what color shirt they have on 12 gauge 000 will stop them cold. Then their shirt will be blood red. God I hope it doesn’t come to that but if that is what it takes I am ready. Fred I’ve posted this message on my site The Orange Lion Conservative Blog

Sometimes I just have to wonder. I mean, the fake conservative that Fred’s referring to is just plain stupid. PhD. or not. One would think that it was Fred sending out the guys with no necks and not the leftist’s. As a Professor Emeritus once told me, “Son, never confuse education with intelligence.”

As for the others? This started up among the people that are fed up with being laird over, not by some group like the RNC. Those people don’t have the balls to take on the obamanites…

What I mean was hit the nail right on the head as usual.
