Rep. Bob Etheridge (D-N.C.) has issued an apology for his behavior on a much-circulated video in which two young people with a video camera who identify themselves as “students” elicited an angry reaction from him — including grabbing the right arm and then the full body of one student.

When he let go of his arm and grabbed him around the neck, the kid should have given him an uppercut to the jaw and knocked him out. I think they should press charges as that congressman had no right to grab him like that for only asking a question.
He stole the kids cell phone.

After he grabbed me around my neck and asked ” Who are you?”…I would have answered…” Your Worst Nightmare.” , and then I would have started yelling for a police officer… and had his a** arrested.
