Birth certificate issue No. 1 at Fox News

WASHINGTON – Barack Obama’s elusive long-form birth certificate that would establish his eligibility to serve as president as a “natural born citizen” is the hottest discussion topic at the Fox News Channel’s website.

Under the heading, “Should Obama release his birth certificate? Or is this old news?,” nearly 1,000 comments have been posted – all of them since White House press secretary Robert Gibbs was questioned about the document earlier this week by WND White House correspondent Les Kinsolving.

The rush of posts at the Fox News site makes it the “most talked about” issue, according to a ranking on the right side of the page.

One contributor to the page had this to say: “Not old news, just a burning question that needs an answer, and while your at it, get some of that other hidden, sealed information uncovered like, his passport to Indonesia, his college records, etc. There are so many unanswered questions, and frankly you all dropped the ball before the election.”

If Obama has nothing to hide, why not just present a REAL, certified birth certificate and be done with ALL of it? I saw the sham that was presented a while back, not even a good fake. Maybe there’s a lot more to this story than the Obamessiah wants the American people to know.

And before some of the Obamites go off with their *racist* accusations and all of the usual moonbat crap, I am NOT being a RACIST about this, I AM being a patriotic American. If Obama is an American citizen, born IN the USA, to American citizens, if he is a legitimate holder of the office of President, great, I am not a sore loser. I don’t like the idea that Obama is POTUS, but I am not going to argue with hard facts, but I will work against him in every way I possibly can!

I’ll help ALL I can, if you have a real image of Barack Hussein Obama’s REAL birth certificate, I will post it here and shut up about all of it.

And another thing, if this person that many of us believe is a *poser* is SO smart, how in the hell can we see stories like this, North Korea test-fires missile, slams UN Council, and then see statements like this coming from the Obama administration?

“I don’t think that anybody in the (Obama) administration thinks there is a crisis,” Gates told reporters aboard his military jet early Friday.

I don’t know what Obama and Gates are using as a measuring stick in regards to the definition of *crisis*, but I am thinking we have nothing but moonbats running this nation in nearly every capacity!

Ron Paul followers gathering for own convention

Ron Paul followers gathering for own convention

WASHINGTON - There’s no room at the Xcel Energy Center for maverick Ron Paul, so his acolytes have packed their cars, hitched rides on “Ronvoys” and will pitch tents at Ronstock ’08 in defiance of next week’s GOP convention in St. Paul, Minn.

Almost 9,800 tickets had been sold for the Rally for the Republic, being held in Minneapolis, which seeks to bring together activists who are anti-war, anti-government regulation, anti-immigration, anti-taxes, anti-Federal Reserve, anti-outsourcing, pro-individual liberty, pro-civil liberties and pro-Paul.

The Ronvoys - fleets of buses and vans carrying Paul’s loyalists - were to begin arriving Saturday. A few rally-goers planned to walk from Green Bay, Wis., and join up with Paul for the final miles of their Walk4Freedom. Other attendees are driving, carpooling or flying in for the convention alternative.

Paul, a Texas congressman who failed in a bid for the Republican presidential nomination, considers the rally a celebration of traditional Republican values of limited government - and a poke in the eye of the GOP. They don’t plan to crash the Republican party, but to show they and their Campaign for Liberty are not going away.

“No matter how much our message is ignored or ridiculed, as was done in the campaign, no matter how much they did to us, it only energized our grass roots,” Paul said.
