Texans organize ‘Operation Counter Jade Helm’ to keep an eye on the federal troops
When the troops land in Texas for Operation Jade Helm next week, someone will be waiting for them.
Hundreds of people have organized a “Counter Jade Helm” surveillance operation across the Southwestern states and in an effort to keep an eye on the contentious military drill that’s sparked many suspicious of Uncle Sam’s intentions.
Eric Johnston, a 51-year-old retired firefighter and sheriff’s deputy who lives in Kerrville, is a surveillance team leader in Texas. He’ll coordinate three groups of volunteers, about 20 folks in total, who hope to monitor the SEALs, Green Berets and Air Force Special Ops in Bastrop, Big Spring and Junction when Jade Helm kicks off on July 15. With media prohibited at the drills, the volunteers could be a main source of information for the highly-anticipate seven-state exercise.
But locations more precise than the towns around which troops will drill remain unknown. For the citizens’ surveillance operation, therein lies the first challenge. SOURCE

If there wasn’t already enough actual BS taking place, rights being abused, freedoms being threatened and other assorted insanity taking place in this United States, we have MORONS that make up LIES, post them on a blog, convince a few weak-minded loons that these lies are real and then they spread these lies across social media in an effort to scare the crap out of some people.

It’s an OLD story but apparently it was just discovered, or rediscovered and some folks are panicking on Facebook. This is the comment I left these brain-dead little MORONS at American Freedom Fighters:
This is the biggest load of CRAP I have seen lately… If such was true I would have been arrested long ago… For crying out loud, if you can’t post REAL news, just pull the plug and change your name to The Onion Jr.
And this leads into the post I was going with originally; concerns about Operation Jade Helm or Jade Helm 15, and what I personally believe is going to happen.
I have had friends, neighbors and readers ask me why I haven’t been on a rampage about Operation Jade Helm taking place, in part, right here in the great state of Texas.
Honestly, I have no alarm bells going off, and I have no hidden little feeling gnawing on me and keeping me awake at night.
I am a hard-core Conservative and I make no secret of that but I’m not one of those *Alex Jones* conspiracy types, I don’t see EVIL in this, I don’t see martial law being declared and I don’t see Obama taking over America with Jade Helm.
Why you ask?
Because I have an incredible amount of faith in the United States military and its members; I don’t believe they would turn on the American people, I don’t believe they would accept ILLEGAL orders and I don’t believe they are going to follow the orders of an anti-American Marxist Muslim poser that has NO respect for the U.S. military, our people and this nation as a whole.
If I’m wrong then we’re going to be in deep poop but I just don’t see the military taking on Americans and abandoning freedom.

Why does it even matter? And how is that even remotely tied to this post?

Gary, there are 13 stars on the Confederate Flag - 11 States seceded. The 2 other stars represent Kentucky and Maryland, States that were sympathetic to the southern cause, yet were prevented by Lincoln from voting to officially secede. Yet both States still contributed soldiers to the Confederacy. So Kentucky and Maryland have always been recognized as member States of the Confederate States of America.
Fred, I’m more worried about Russia, the UN and an economic crash than about Jade Helm. However, our commander-in-chief has purged the military to a point that is unprecedented. He has done many other things that threatens the US Constitution and now our States Rights. We never know what’s coming next…so maybe it’s a little harsh to call people stupid - I think that some people are afraid.

Anyway, yes, you are right, I think it’s a political distraction. This morning is evidence of that, just look at what’s going on in DC [Iran], while everyone’s attention is on flags…
I’m with you on this Fred. Although I still believe that there is a threat from within, Jade Helm may just be an exercise on American soil. Where else would they practice?
Threats are everywhere, but I honestly don’t see OUR military men and women turning on the American public…
People that believe this kind of shit are the same ones that flock to the store for milk, bread and eggs whenever there is a threat of snow and have canned goods stored since the cold war.

Fred, was in SF back in the 60s. We used to and probably still do conduct exercises of this type within the confines of North Carolina with the help of the good citizens there. Jade Helm is no big deal other than a training exercise.
My freshman roommate at Texas A&M was Terry Orr. he now lives in Bastrop and was the mayor for 12 years there.
He has been vocal lately about this because this will be the first town in Texas that JADE HELM invades,, in it’s quest for insurrectionists that want to “overthrow this USA”.
He is there awaiting and will be the first prisoner of war,,,if “they” take any.
This crap starts tomorrow.

I’d like to see Jade Helm taking place on our Southern Border as that’s where the invasion is taking place.
Back when I used to work B-52’s, we bombed buildings all over America. There’s a good chance we bombed a structure in your city or town. It was all done electronically. We have to train and unfortunately, our troops can’t go traipsing and bombing through foreign countries to train so we have to do it here on American Soil.
