Homeland Security on guard for ‘right-wing extremists’
WASHINGTON – A newly unclassified Department of Homeland Security report warns against the possibility of violence by unnamed “right-wing extremists” concerned about illegal immigration, increasing federal power, restrictions on firearms, abortion and the loss of U.S. sovereignty and singles out returning war veterans as particular threats.
The report, titled “Right-wing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment,” dated April 7, states that “threats from white supremacist and violent anti-government groups during 2009 have been largely rhetorical and have not indicated plans to carry out violent acts.
“However, the report goes on to suggest worsening economic woes, potential new legislative restrictions on firearms and “the return of military veterans facing significant challenges reintegrating into their communities could lead to the potential emergence of terrorist groups or lone wolf extremists capable of carrying out violent attacks.”
The report from DHS’ Office of Intelligence and Analysis defines right-wing extremism in the U.S. as “divided into those groups, movements and adherents that are primarily hate-oriented (based on hatred of particular religious, racial or ethnic groups) and those that are mainly anti-government, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely. It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration.”

I’m not a member of ANY hate group. I have never been a member of a hate group. Contrary to the accusations made by a few libberpukes and one over educated, under paid, faux intellectual, I am not a member of the Klan, the NAZI Party or the Aryan Nation.
What I am is exactly what the DHS is concerned with. An American with wicked skills. The unconventional warfare manual?? I could add a paragraph or 2 I imagine. Here’s the difference between guys like me and the people DHS needs to fear. We’re the ones that actually LOVE America and HATE what the government has done to her. We don’t want to destroy America, we want to retake her from the hands of the SOCIALIST asshats and presidential posers that are taking Her to the depths of HELL!
Now if that makes me a Domestic Terrorist, OK, I AM a Domestic Terrorist. That’s why I formed The Domestic Terrorist Bloggers Network a few weeks ago, an organization that has pretty much gone nowhere. I got 22 like minded people to post a hot logo, 22 people out of the thousands that read my blog, 22 people. I support an organization called Oath Keepers, men and women that are ready to place their lives on the line for America, by NOT obeying ILLEGAL orders, I am NOT seeing very many bloggers that are jumping on that band wagon either. I guess some people are too scared of the DHS and the Obamanation, who knows.
Apathy abounds. Far too many sit behind their computer screen and wage a keyboard war, internet activism, Keyboard Commandos, but that’s as far as they go. To those people I say, YOU are an apathetic coward! If you don’t have the fortitude to back your typed words with REAL, physical presence, and real action on occasion, not just words, if all you can do is sit on your dead ass and run your head, you aren’t even as good as the libbers you like to make fun of. At least they have the guts to get out and BACK UP their lunacy!
Which asks the question, why doesn’t DHS have the Daily Kos on some watch list? What about HuffPo? You ever wonder about that? Those are some angry left wing sites and they made terrible accusations and threats against President Bush. Why is it always the angry, assumed to be white, right-wing folks that seem to get the attention?
It’s because there is only a small fraction of the left that is loony enough to act out by committing acts of terrorism. The same goes for the right as well, we are NOT anarchists, we ARE patriots, and the Tea Parties are only the 1st acts of what I am sure will be much more *civil discourse* in the near future.
This is NOT about RACE, as the libbers and MSM would like to spin it, they honestly believe that the RIGHT is pissed off simply because Obama is perceived to be black, and nothing could be further from the truth.
Conservative America IS pissed off, but it’s over the socialism that is running rampant through our government. It’s over the taxes that we are paying, and those dollars going to bail out bad business that will continue to be bad business. It’s over a president that is presumed to be ineligible for office, and his lack of doing anything solid to prove his American citizenship. It’s over what is assumed to be an effort by the current administration to move the USA even closer to a One World Government and currency. It is because of many issues, but it is NOT over race, not in any way!
If wanting MY America back, if wanting this nation to remain a world leader, if wanting our people to remain the most well educated, with the highest standard of living in the world makes me a Domestic Terrorist, then maybe the DHS is right, maybe I am a DOMESTIC TERRORIST, in their eyes at least. DHS certainly has some serious issues to be concerned with, because there are MILLIONS just like me, and we’re ALL angry, as a matter of fact, we’re mad as hell, and we’re not going to take it any more!

Fred you might come close to fitting the description…..but Conservatives don’t bomb Federal Buildings and murder innocent people and children…..we seek political change which is the way this country is supposed to work….
As to the President, he is a liberal Democrat with a social goal to fulfill regardless of what it costs the taxpayers……and America by and large has fallen for a big one…..pork funded under the guise of saving our economy….what are the liberal Demos going to do when the money runs out? They will fall short on funding then…..not that lack of funding all Federal agencies won’t help some….it will certainly rid America of at least one major crime syndicate…..the IRS….

The scary part is that there are nut cases who are going to make the liber wack jobs right in some small way. Just like they paint every gun incident as a right wing nut job. They paint with a wide brush and try and get us all.
We need to be vigilant and clearly sound the message of restoration of America. We need to get the socialist/Elitist mentality out of our leadership positions and bring back character and moral values. We need to restore capitalism and allow businesses to flourish with lower corporate taxes. You want jobs back in America than you need to make it possible to be successful. 35-42% corporate tax rates depending on the state are killing jobs and destroying businesses everyday.
These policies are in direct opposition to those in power. Perhaps my opposition is enough to classify me as a Domestic Terrorist.
Well Fred, you me, the 22 folks that signed on to the symbolic Domestic Terrorist Bloggers Network are on that list, as are a few hundered others who still think that the Obamanation isn’t coming after them. Or if the think they can hide when it happens.
The second American Revolution is coming…the Tax Day Tea Parties are just a start, but they cannot stop what the politicans and Obama are aimed to do. I’m beginning to wonder if enough folks have the back bone to see and act on what is coming our way.

I am not (as you may have figured) a political Blogger, Nor am I a journalist, terrorist or any other “ist” than a political activist, An Independant Conservative activist. Now I will admit that not everything you stand for is exactly the same as the things I do but the core value is the same. (If needed we can hash out the rest as U.S. Citizens instead of USSA subjects) I have spent well over $50.00 in postage since Nov. 4 2008 fighting for the freedoms that will keep us from going under, Writing scathing letters to my congressmen,(Mostly blasting them for NOT upholding the constitution!) The current President, State reps, Newspapers. Lobby groups. Hell maybe I am the one they are looking for for trying to off my Senators by cellulose poisoning I am not going to give uo until I know that I have lost, Then I will fight some more just to be a thorn. Long Live The Republic!!

I don’t want to come across as sarcastic, but the only reason I can see the TEA Parties doing more than sitting behind the computer on our dead asses (running our heads) is because of the 5 minutes on fame they will recieve. The media is only going to make an issue out of the TEA parties as long as they want to. What we need to do is get together and find a way to get people like you elected into big government. I’ve personally been interested in politics for a long time. Where do you start? ( I do plan on attending my local TEA Party at the Alamo!)

I know I’m not, as I will be attending a Tea Party that is quite small actually, compared to Dallas, San Antonio and Austin anyway…
You need to think of this, the goddamned MSM is ignoring the Tea Parties for the most part, FOX News and a few local Talk Radio sources are covering them. WBAP here in Dallas/Ft Worth is covering Dallas.
