Why is it that only whites can be racists?
There are African-Americans, Mexican-Americans, Asian-Americans, Arab-Americans, Native-Americans, etc.
And then there are just Americans.
You pass me on the street and sneer in my direction. You call me “White boy,” “Cracker,” “Honky,” “Whitey,” “Caveman”, and that’s OK.
But if I call you, “Nigger”, “Kike”, “Towel head”, “Sand-nigger”, “Camel Jockey”, “Beaner”, “Gook”, or “Chink”, you call me a racist. Did I miss any ethnic group?
You say that whites commit a lot of violence against you, so why are the ghettos the most dangerous places to live?
You have the United Negro College Fund. You have Martin Luther King Day. You have Black History Month. You have Cesar Chavez Day. You have Yom Hashoah. You have Ma’uled Al-Nabi. You have the NAACP. You have BET, and Black Miss USA.
If we had WET (White Entertainment Television) we’d be racists. If we had a White Pride Day, you would call us racists. If we had White History Month, we’d be racists. If we had Miss White America, we’d be racists.
If we had any organization for only whites to “advance” OUR lives, we’d be racists.
You have a Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, a Black Chamber of Commerce, and then we just have the plain Chamber of Commerce. Wonder who pays for that?
If we had a college fund that only gave white students scholarships, you know we’d be racists.
There are over 60 openly proclaimed Black Colleges in the US , yet if there were “White colleges”, THAT would be a racist college.
In the Million Man March, you believed that you were marching for your race and rights. If we marched for our race and rights, you would call us racists.
You are proud to be black, brown, yellow and orange, and you’re not afraid to announce it, but when we announce our white pride, you call us racists.
You rob us, carjack us, and shoot at us.
But, when a white police officer shoots a black gang member or beats up a black drug-dealer that’s running from the law and posing a threat to society, you call him a racist.
I am proud, but, you call me a racist.
Why is it that only whites can be racists?

I’m sick of the hyphen and sick of the separatists. I am an American and will stand up for this nation and its grand history. I didn’t say we were perfect but we are the closest thing on the planet. If you are someone who needs the hyphen then I need you to leave. You are a divided American and We have no room for you here. Chose a side!
If you are struggling with your ethnicity then you are not an American!
I am White. I don’t have a problem with you or your color. If you have a problem with mine then your probably not an American. If your color is what determines your conversation and motivation, then your probably not an American. It would be best if you go where ever it is you think you and your color belong. It’s not here! This is America!

I’m a White Christian Male therefore I’m a suitable target for Jihadi’s, Illegal Immigrants, Democrats, and ANY ethnic group that wants to offend me.
I am offend proof…. or at least I can’t do or say anything about it or else I’ll be labeled a Racist and that is Bad, My college professor told me so.

Hey TF….I have a great idea for your blog….why not stir the melting pot a bit and see what happens? Uh oh…you went and did it now you racist bastard…..I am neither racist or bigot….and I think people should be proud of their heritage…why not? The main point is that this is America….we are all Americans and these labels continue to divide us…by the way you left out coonass……a slip perhaps?

And THAT is the point of this entire post, to pose the question of WHY is it this way?? In this day and time?? From ANY side??

I’m old enough to remember WHITE ONLY water fountains and restrooms, I remember seeing COLORED entrance signs on cafes, fountains, swimming pools and most everything else, I remember segregation VERY well, and I remember the fights and murders in Mississippi, all too well, I remember George Wallace standing in the door in Alabama and vowing to not let those ‘nigros‘ enter the University…
And I remember the black man being declared FREE and equal, and then the the NAACP came along, and the UNCF and the Black this and Latin that and Hispanic the other and it’s nothing more than reverse racism, plain and simple, and when it’s pointed out, the REAL racists go ‘off’ on it…

Glad you brought this out and posted it. It’s time we reclaim our country and band together - if you’re a proud American then you’re just that. No matter your race. I mentioned this very subject to a friend earlier in the week - why we can’t promote our pride in our “race”. His comment gave me pause. He said we had 200 years of being the dominant race and they aren’t going to forget it. Yet I’ve never been a proponent of segregation nor of other races being inferior to my whiteness. I’m damn tired of paying for the sins of my forefathers.

TexasFred, some of us are paying attention - a lot of attention to the state of our Nation. Like I said…White, American and proud of it. If we truly believe that, then it is our responsibility to say it. I have nothing against other races (Islam isn’t a race, as you know ), but I prefer my own, and anybody doesn’t like it, can kiss my white ass.
