I am closing the blog down for a while folks…
I severely injured my right shoulder about 12 1/2 years ago and had to have it rebuilt; well it seems that the repairs have worn out… Something popped in my shoulder a few days ago and it’s not getting better, in fact, it’s getting worse…
It’s very painful to try and type and there is not much way to blog without typing, so, as soon as I can get into the Doctor and they decide what to do and how to do it, we’ll get it done.
I am going to make this the last post for a while… It is entirely too painful to continue…

But that’s an interesting point. Dragon is a software program that will print what you speak, if that will do you any good.

Oh man I feel your pain, not “touchy feely” liberal like. Mine’s cause is not like yours, mine just old cervical disc in neck wore out and calcification of that little hole nerve to right shoulder comes through… that little hole, foramina (?). Pinching causes inflammation swelling to increase pressure and pain. Can’t take NSAIDS ’cause of renal issues. Sit most days and rock back and forth, like I remember …Old Folks At Home. And I’m on Zeke Emanuel’s list of “units” no longer contributors…my doc wouldn’t recommend surgery to grind out that little hole. I wouldn’t do it next to my neck spine anyway. Not with NSA’s blog record on me.
So as I read now at various sites…I wish you restoration of your shoulder and pain relief without revolution. Good luck and God bless.

I waited in hope that you might decide to post one or two more times but I see that you are indeed taking some time off. Glad to hear that you are taking care of your health. Many of my new found friends in Florida have waited too long to seek help only to find that they waited a little too long. May they rest in peace. I will pray for your speedy recovery.
I understand as getting older sucks, and breaking down like an old jalopy is becoming more an more common. I will say the news saddens me, for not only your condition, but the missed friendship while you are gone. Speedy recovery.
