    Sheesh, Fred. Look at that storm track.

    How many times are we going to have to bail Louisiana-and New Orleans in particular-out of hurricane messes?

    This is starting to get ridiculously expensive if you ask me.

    And I think you’re right. Gustav may have innoculated those folks to the hurricane threat. They may not want to leave this time. And that could be a disaster. And it may be a no-win situation for Bobby Jindal.
