Parents’ Ire Grows at Pedophile’s Unabashed Blog
July 28th, 2007 . by TexasFredLOS ANGELES, July 27 — The search for the self-described pedophile in the large-brimmed black hat commences nearly every day here, with findings posted on chat rooms frequented by mothers.
He was spotted at a fair in Santa Clarita. He recently emerged from the Social Security office on Olympic Boulevard. He tapped away on a computer at the library in Mar Vista. Warnings have gone out. Signs have been posted.
Are these mothers engaging in vigilante activities?? Are they profiling a man who is guilty of nothing other than expressing himself through his own erotic writings, or are they taking any steps necessary to protect their children from a pedofreak monster??
Is this man being profiled, is he having his right to free speech impeded or even denied?? It’s quite possible that he is, and to the mothers and police officers that are instigating these actions against him I say Oh Hell Yeah, take this guy down any way you can, he is, in MY opinion, a danger to every child in the area, the children may not be in direct danger from him personally, but surely, at the very least they are in danger from other perverts that use his blog-site as a learning ground so they too can practice their perversions on the most innocent among us, our children…
And yet unlike convicted sex offenders, who are required to stay away from places that cater to children, in this case the police can do next to nothing, because this man, Jack McClellan, who has had Web sites detailing how and where he likes to troll for children, appears to be doing nothing illegal.
But his mere presence in Los Angeles — coupled with Mr. McClellan’s commitment to exhibitionistic blogging about his thoughts on little girls — has set parents on edge. One group of mothers, whose members by and large have never met before, will soon band together in a coffee shop to hammer out plans to push lawmakers in Sacramento to legislate Mr. McClellan out of business.
He may appear to have done nothing illegal, or, maybe he just hasn’t been caught in an illegal act yet, maybe he’s impotent and can only fantasize about the perverted thrill he WOULD get if he could molest a child, maybe he gets his ‘jollies’ by helping other pedofreaks gain the knowledge they need to successfully engage in child molestation, in any case, McClellan is a very sick and dangerous individual, but it appears that at least one police officer is trying to take this pervert off the street…
“If you look at things he has posted, he clearly is a pedophile,†said Lt. Thomas Sirkel, who works in the Special Victim’s Unit of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
“Has he acted on it? I can’t say,†Lieutenant Sirkel said. “But I’ve been in this business for 20 years, and I have never seen one who has not.â€

Lieutenant Sirkel would not say whether his department had Mr. McClellan under surveillance.“Why should I tell him about our tactics?†Lieutenant Sirkel said. But he added: “I’d like to know where he is at, what he is doing and watch him awhile. I think he is possibly a dangerous man. In my opinion, he is a threat to children in this community, and people in the community are real concerned about him.â€
And to Lt. Thomas Sirkel I say, use every tool in your possession to take this guy down, if it takes information from the neighbors, the mothers, wherever you can get it, USE it and make you community safer by getting this pedofreak off of your streets…
Recently I had some discussions with a group called Corrupted-Justice.com over the actions of Xavier Von Erck, the 27-year-old founder of Perverted-Justice, and while I do agree with the folks at Corrupted Justice in their assertion that Von Erck is a rude and egotistical little smart ass, I also see where Perverted Justice is doing some good too, but, they have not done so well on all of their operations either, and whether that is their fault, or the fault of the police agency involved, or NBC and Dateline is very much up in the air, as is documented HERE, I believe in laying it all out there, not just part of the problem, not just the “I hate P-J because Von Erck is a prick”, and well he may be, as is evidenced in this story HERE, with film footage as documentation HERE, once you get past the brief commercial, but I am going to give fair coverage to ALL sides involved…
Personal feeling against Von Erck aside, do groups like P-J need to exist, do they need to be gathering and documenting the online solicitations of perverts and child molesters?? Absolutely…
Does Xavier Von Erck need to be schooled in manners and civility?? Yes he does, but as much as I dislike Von Erck’s social skills and personally think him a 2-bit chump for exhibiting those poor social graces in his crass confrontation with investigative reporter Byron Harris, his lack of reasonable communication skills is not the issue, removing perverts and child molesters from decent society IS the issue…
Does the removal of those perverts need to be a national TV broadcast as done by Dateline NBC?? I am not at all convinced that it should be, use whatever information you can gather, from ANY source, document the evidence and swear out arrest warrants, but once the operation is about to be executed, keep the media OUT of it, I honestly believe the media involvement in the Murphy, TX sting was a major contributor to the failure of ANY indictments being returned by the Collin County D.A., media involvement and shoddy police work…
Pedophiles have got to be removed from decent society, people like this Jack McClellan, someone that empowers pedophiles through his blog postings by telling them how and where to find victims, even if it’s done through ambiguous writings, he, and others like him must be stopped, by any means necessary…
If by supporting that action, the removal of pedofreaks from our society, if I am to be branded a vigilante by Corrupted Justice, or I am labeled a supporter OF vigilantes because of my beliefs, so be it…

That McClellan idiot is gaining a lot of attention around the SoCal area.
Eventually he will run into a father that is less concerned with the consequences of taking him out, than the benefits of that action.
And regarding Von Erck and PJ, I don’t like Sean Hannity much but that doesn’t mean I don’t like fox news channel.
Agreed…well said. The problem is there are so many more out there, enabling each other to come out of the sewer…ooops…meant closet. They liken their plight and movement to that of gays, and are sure by getting in our faces, we will eventually accept “their right to rape our children” OOOPs again…they use the word love, not rape. Guess I should be fair, too. All that said, as quiet and peaceful as I am, I will kill the mofo that ever takes a picture of any of my grandchildren….as God is my witness, I will. I’m tired, I’m old, and if have no problem taking out a paedo when it’s my time to go.

I understand the desire to take out these perverts. Anyone who injures a child doesn’t deserve to live. There is no changing them, no rehabilitation.
But our laws seem to favor the guilty perverts more than the upstanding citizens. I believe in self defense, I believe in protecting my family, and would do everything within the law. Tracking these freaks, reporting these freaks, making their lives miserable, yes. But don’t cross the line and commit a crime. You are of no use to your family if YOU are in prison.
If you take out one perv, there are hundreds of thousands that will step up and take his place within seconds.
When a sting operation is started, within minutes they have thousands and thousands of perverts from all over the world to respond. No way there are enough law enforcement in the world to arrest them all.

Pedophilia will eventually be legalized. You don’t think so? Just think back some years and see where the homosexuals were then and how varying laws applied to them and see what we’ve got today. And that is th goal of pedophiles to do exactly what the homosexuals have done in worming their way into the mainstream world. There millions of these assholes and many are in high places, so I figure it won’t be long before pedophiles are just another ‘lifestyle’.
I’m so sick of laws and nitwits defending the assholes of the world while people who are trying to fix things like this are vilified as ‘vigilantes’ or flouters of the ‘rule of law’. Well the frigging laws should not protect vermin, but they do! So there is no ‘rule of law’, just rules that protect and defend the indefensible.
Somebody needs an all expenses paid trip to the Mexican country side.
In a way I agree with Basti here. Pedophiles will work to get the ‘age of consent’ lowered so they can ‘legally’ be pedophiles.
I’m the mother of two little boys and I am the most suspicious person you’ll ever meet, I don’t like for anyone to approach or talk to my sons, especially males, without their being someone their dad or I know. This doesn’t sound like a healthy attitude on my part I know, but these days you HAVE to be careful.
IMO pedophiles whether they be ugly old men having sex with little girls or hot young teachers having sex with 9 year old students (a pedophile is a pedophile) don’t deserve the skin they were born in.. and they need to be taken out of society.

This is not what the first amendment was created to protect. The founders assumed that natural laws would always be a part of the equation, what these monsters do is unnatural.

Great article Fred. Jack is nothing but a POS pedo scum. I’ve been keeping an eye on him for a while now. His web site is still registered and still hosted, but he has it “under construction”.
The news today said he is going to sue the police for posting his picture on their web site and for distributing flyers about him. Well, he doesn’t like his picture plastered on the internet? Isn’t that just too damn bad. He never thought twice about putting children’s pictures on his pedo scum web sites.
This guy is just one of many. It’s scary to think that there are pedophiles hiding amongst us. And yes, they are currently trying to lower the “age of consent” (AOC) so they can rape children whenever they want. They want public acceptance. Don’t let them get it.
Oh Sweet Sue, ya NEVER should have told me that McClellen didn’t like having his pic posted, I just HAD to post it after that…
