   Thanks to ALL of you for the good wishes, we had a great lunch, did the *surf and turf* thing, steak, shrimp and fried catfish..

   My wife is a REAL Texas gal, she doesn’t eat shrimp or oysters and the like, she thinks catfish IS seafood…
