Can a Muslim be a Good American??

July 3rd, 2007 . by TexasFred

I received this via email, from a friend, and it’s been around a while but this is worth re-reading and keeping in mind, and I don’t care how many moonbat libtards it pisses off, Islam IS our enemy, if you are a Christian or a Jew, Islam has sworn to kill you if you don’t submit to their philosophy…

Interesting questions for the Muslim Community to discuss. For research on our part also.

Can a good Muslim be a good American?

I forwarded that question to a friend who worked in Saudi Arabia for 20 years.

The following is his forwarded reply:

Theologically - no. Because his allegiance is to Allah, the moon God of Arabia.

Religiously - no. Because no other religion is accepted by his Allah except Islam. (Qu ran, 2:256)

Scripturally - no. Because his allegiance is to the five pillars of Islam and the Qu ran (Koran).

Geographically - no. Because his allegiance is to Mecca, to which he turns in prayer five times a day.

Socially - no. Because his allegiance to Islam forbids him to make friends with Christians or Jews.

Politically - no. Because he must submit to the mullah (spiritual leaders), who teach annihilation of Israel and destruction of America, the great Satan.

Domestically - no. Because he is instructed to marry four women and beat and scourge his wife when she disobeys him. (Quran 4:34 ).

Intellectually - no. Because he cannot accept the American Constitution since it is based on Biblical principles and he believes the Bible to be corrupt.

Philosophically - no. Because in Islam, Muhammad, and the Quran do not allow freedom of religion and expression.

Democracy and Islam cannot co-exist. Every Muslim government is either dictatorial or autocratic.

Spiritually - no. Because when we declare “one nation under God,” the Christian’s God is loving and kind, while Allah is NEVER referred to as heavenly father, nor is he ever called love in The Quran’s 99 excellent names.

Therefore after much study and deliberation, perhaps we should be very suspicious of ALL MUSLIMS in this country.

They obviously cannot be both good Muslims and good Americans.

Call it what you wish, it’s still the truth.

If you find yourself intellectually in agreement with the above statements, perhaps you will share this with your friends. The more who understand this, the better it will be for our country and our future.

Pass it on Fellow Americans. The religious war is bigger than we know or understand.

    Hell NO!

    I like this, good post.

Reminds me somewhat of that internet circulation that went around that’s worth reading or re-reading also if anybody has already seen it by former Colorado Gov. Lamm of Colorado on multiculturalism or “How to destroy America” it could be called:

    Richard Lamm on Multiculturalism

You know and all your readers know that Muslims cannot, inherently, be good Americans….period. Their loyalty is only to their religion and America or Britain or whatever country you pick be damned!!!
The difference between them and Christians is that we believe that our leaders were put in place by God Himself. But as Christians, we are to place the Biblical concepts and precepts above the Government if they go against those ideas. Muslims put their religious precepts above everything…period!!
    It is a vast difference.

I like it and believe it.

I’ve got this up as well, pass the word.

Ranando sent me the link in a comment as well. It is something I quite TRULY believe, for the delineated reasons. People HATE it when you confront them with facts.

The statements about Muslims are indeed correct. Those who are true believers will never change and never be good citizens of a democracy.

A large number of Muslims are secular Muslims. Just like secular Christians, they are in name only. I believe there is hope for them. That hope is in the saving power of Jesus Christ. When the heart has been changed, there will be hope for the mind as well.

Many years ago it was thought that devout Catholics could never be good citizens because of their allegiance to the Pope and to Rome. I think that has been proven untrue many times. The big difference is the foundation in a belief in Jesus Christ.

The war against Terror is a war of culture, of economics, and ultimately a war of religion. Culture, in that Eastern culture affords little value to human life while Western culture (if you disregard current attitudes toward abortion) values human life. Economics, in the West’s dependence on oil and the Eastern corruption of a few extremely wealthy (autocracy) amid the poverty of the majority. Religion shapes all of the other issues. Where the West fails is in our level of committment to the values that our democracies were founded upon. We are facing a fanatical committment by the Muslims with a luke-warm response. Unless our response meets the level of the attack, we will lose a war of attrition. We must unleash the “war dogs” if we wish to win.

The difficulty that I have is balancing the necessity of all-out war of extermination versus the Christian calling to seek and to save those who are lost.

I absolutely agree! Their loyalty is strictly to Allah (which I have a hard time spelling with a capital). If we are not willing to stand up against their extremist views and intolerant attitudes, we will lose!!!

    Panhandle:

The problem with so-called Moderates in Islam is their fear. They fear to speak, they fear to be seen, they fear to write, they fear to portray their true feelings about their INTERPRETATION is Islam. With this fear comes silence which causes me to write, as I have many, many times:

    Islam IS what Islam DOES.

Therefore I conclude that Islam IS rife with murderous terrorists, haters of women, Borg-like in their desire to take the ENTIRE WORLD back to the 12th century.

I have had 4 different people TRY to post a comment on this thread and all were attempting to tell me how much Islam really is the religion of peace, well, none of you will gain access to my comments, I wasn’t born yesterday…

As to your claims that your pedophile supporting, goat worshipping CULT is a religion of peace, PIG SHIT!!

I am in no way trying to suggest an equivalency between Christianity and Islam. However, I believe the original question was can a good Muslim be a good American. I took that to mean good Muslim as devout, practicing, adherent Muslim and from the answer and the comments I think the answer is clearly no. But it got me thinking. We all know Christains who only see the inside of a church on Easter and Christmas Eve. So my question is can a devout, practicing adherent Christain also be a good American or are there similar conflicts. I have to admit that I am Episcopalean but no where a good enough one to be able to answer my own question.

    Thoughts?

    That’s a question I really wish you hadn’t presented in this thread…

To the post, HELL NO, Islam is not compatible with what is not Islamic, Look at the proof being shared in every country on the planet with more than 3% Muslim citizens. They are not living side by side, in harmony. They are either in conflict or about to be targets. Sharia law is brutal and un-apologetic to other religions, however the Muslim Horde is condemning of any nation that shuts out Islam. Islam is a Satanic cult. Plain and simple.

I wonder what the response of the world would be if a MOAB was dropped on Mecca during the pilgramage.. Maybe Christians and ALL other religions should get together and start car bombing mosque’s and Madrassa’’s how would the Mulsims handle that? right now they have the upper hand because of OUR belief that the sanctity of life should be respected. THEY DO NOT HAVE THAT BELIEF. Time to make them worry a bit I think.

We are at war and we can’t chase these idiots into their place of worship? WTF???? Get them where they live and see how they adapt to Equality.

    As for this Question:
“can a devout, practicing adherent Christain also be a good American or are there similar conflicts.”

YES, however it is becoming more difficult, the ACLU and the LIBERAL judges are making it very hard to put your religious beliefs in the front of your actions.

If you follow the lives of Muhammad and Jesus throughout their documented lives, you can see which “religious icon” has the message of peace and tolerance and which has the message of submission and intolerance.

Christianity has evolved and practices a Human live and let live with respect to other religions, we are less accepting of IMORAL issues such as Gay and lesbian lifestyles and KILLING BABIES.

As a rule the Christian belief is “You will pay for your actions when you meet God” it is not for US to judge. it is for us to bring attention to your actions. We will bitch and moan about Moral issues but we will not attack innocent shoppers in a mall to bring folks to Christianity.

With apologies to Fred, I must respond to BZ and to Brad Marston.

BZ: I don’t call them Moderates in Islam. I call them secular. There is a huge difference. By secular, I refer to the fact that they are Muslim in name only. They do not live the lifestyle, or practice their religion. They claim the name in order to blend in with their society. In reality, they are not Muslim, or any other religion for that matter. They are the sheep — the lemmings. As a Christian, I believe that I am called to reach out to them in an attempt to show them the light of Jesus Christ. I am also called to reach out to devout Muslims — but it is extremely unlikely that they would be receptive.

To Brad Marston I would say: Yes, a person with a true relationship with Jesus Christ can be (and usually is) a good American. There have been many through the years. Jesus himself said that his followers should obey the laws of the land unless they directly conflict with His commands. There may be times that a Christian is called to civil disobedience, but if he does so, it will be in a peaceful manner — if he indeed is truly a follower of Jesus Christ. He will seek change within the framework and laws of the government that he lives under. Throughout the years, many evangelical Christians have served honorably and well in the armed forces. One of the most devout Christians that I know, and a good friend, flew jets off of carrier decks during the Vietnam war. In fact, most evangelical Christians are among the most conservative members of our society. They also are among the first to volunteer to serve their country.
