Muslims Angry Over U.S. Military ‘Jesus’ Rifles

Muslim groups reacted angrily Wednesday after it emerged that the U.S. military is using combat rifle sights inscribed with coded Biblical references.

Army officials have said they will investigate whether a Michigan defense contractor violated federal procurement rules by stamping references to Bible verses on the gun sights used by American forces to kill enemy fighters in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The Washington-based Council on American-Islamic Relations on Wednesday said the continued use of the sights with the religious references would send a negative message to the Muslim world.

“The use of military equipment with hidden Bible references sends the false message to Muslims worldwide that we are at war with Islam,” said CAIR Legal Counsel Nadhira Al-Khalili. “In addition, these sights are a potential recruiting tool for anti-American forces, endanger our troops and alienate our Muslim allies. They should we withdrawn as soon as logistically possible.”

Let me say this, first and foremost, I don’t care what the inscription on the scope says! As long as it sights in properly, delivers accuracy and allows our troops to KILL as many radical Muslim warriors as possible, it’s ALL good.

Oh, wait! Did I say MUSLIM warriors? Why yes, I did say MUSLIM warriors!

Now I am once again going to point out the utter hypocrisy of the *Religion of Peace*. They are the ones that declare holy war, a jihad! And it’s OK for them to do so, but we can’t use Jesus rifles? I am still laughing over that one, but seriously, lets take a look at JIHAD!

jihad –noun
1. a holy war undertaken as a sacred duty by Muslims.
2. any vigorous, emotional crusade for an idea or principle.

Jihad Definition

Now that we have the definition of jihad spelled out for those too stupid, or too politically correct to accept Islam for what it truly is, lets take a look at this next phrase that Islamic Jihadists always seem to have attributed to them just before they detonate their homicide bomb or vest, Allāhu Akbar.

The takbīr or takbeer is the Arabic name for the phrase Allāhu Akbar. Usually translated “God is [the] greatest,” it is a common Islamic Arabic expression, used as both an informal expression of faith and as a formal declaration. SOURCE

The Wiki definition goes on to say a few other things but nowhere does it mention the use of the phrase as a blessing, a declaration or a battle cry, but it is used in that application. It also fails to mention the use of that phrase as a vindication for the murderer that blows up innocent innocent people of ALL faiths!

The Marine Corps, another major customer of the telescoping sights that allow troops to pinpoint targets day or night, says service acquisition officials plan to meet with Trijicon to discuss future purchases of the company’s gear.

Political correctness runs rampant in our government and military. Political correctness has permeated every level of American life. We, as a people, are afraid to speak our minds for fear of offending those around us.

I don’t suffer from the ILLNESS that IS political correctness. I call a spade a spade and have, on occasion, called it a damned shovel, and will continue to do so. I won’t bow to the whims and arm twisting of CAIR and their jihadists. I won’t bow to the wishes of Islam, a hypocritical lot that has made it very clear, they WILL kill you, me, us, our families and everyone concerned if we don’t submit to them and their evil cult!

“If determined to be true, this is clearly inappropriate and we are looking into possible remedies,” Commander Darryn James, a Pentagon spokesman, told AFP.

The references have stoked concerns by a watch dog group about whether the inscriptions break a government rule that bars proselytizing by American troops. But military officials said the citations don’t violate the ban and they won’t stop using the tens of thousands of telescoping sights that have already been bought.

As you can see, we are already getting mixed signals from the government. Here is where I go out on a limb and make a guess, once Barack Hussein Obama is made fully aware that his Muslim brothers are being killed with rifle that are scoped by Trijicon, he’s going to come to the aid of CAIR, the Islamic warriors and anyone else that would be offended by a bible verse being used anywhere.

That is strictly MY opinion of Barack Hussein Obama, and it is MY personal belief that he is a supporter of Islam, if not secretly still a member OF the Muslim faith.

I do have to say this, Trijicon makes a fine product, my son has a Springfield XD-40 that has the Trijicon night sites on it. I can personally attest to the fact that they are highly effective! My next XD will have a set of Trijicon sights on it, for principle alone if nothing else!

Trijicon said it has been longstanding company practice to put the Scripture citations on the equipment. Tom Munson, Trijicon’s director of sales and marketing, said the company has never received any complaints until now.

“We don’t publicize this,” Munson said in a recent interview. “It’s not something we make a big deal out of. But when asked, we say, ‘Yes, it’s there.’”

The inscriptions are subtle and appear in raised lettering at the end of the stock number. Trijicon’s rifle sights use tritium, a radioactive form of hydrogen, to create light and help shooters hit what they’re aiming for.

Someone at DoD needs to MAN UP and grow a set. This is still, at last check, One nation under GOD! At least for now.

    I’m rolling over this one!!!

I guess they would SHIT BRICKS if they knew what a couple hundred Marines use to oil up their guns….Silver Bullet Gun Oil- One Shot One SOUL, made with PIG FAT!

    Silver Bullet Gun Oil

Typical PCness gone awry, it’s perfectly fine for muzzies to kill us because of their cult-like religion, but oh no don’t put a biblical reference on optics that would upset them….LMAO.

  2. comment number 2 by: minuteman26

Scripture on the scope and pig fat on the bullet; what could be better other than a dead muslim jihadi on the receiving end. Does anyone really care what the muzzies think?

  3. comment number 3 by: HoosierArmyMom

Heck, if I were POTUS my first executive order would be to issue the Jesus night sites to every person in the military along with the Silver Bullet Gun Oil and have every bullet engraved with the words “Jesus Saves”!!!! Take THAT murdering, muzzie terrorist scum suckers!!!!

OK… add me to the roll of politically incorrect, racist, right wing extremist, haters. LOL!!!!

  4. comment number 4 by: TexasFred

Personally, I don’t give a DAMN what the little sheet heads think, but you can bet your bippy that DoD and the White House do…

  5. comment number 5 by: The BoBo

Hmmm…that we were at war with muslims? Given that those so-called moderate muslims aren’t exactly lining up to speak out and expel the radical muslims - they must be complicit and accepting of it.

That rifle manufacturer deserves a pat on the back. Now, if only we could get all the ammunition manufacturers to dip all the rounds in a vat of pig blood before shipping them off to Iraq/Afghanistan - then THAT would send a real clear message.

Can you imagine looking through a 10X scope on a Barrett .50 Heavy Sniper’s Rifle and seeing in the crosshairs

“Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil,
for you are with me; your rod and your staff [and my .50], they comfort me”?

Talk about a confidence builder, :D

  7. comment number 7 by: Texasgal

They can write the Ten Commandments, the American Constitution and the Gettsyburg address on that scope….as long as the aim is true. I am sick of this whole country jumping on the PC wagon. Let us get back to what is real….the simple truth. And if some do not like it….tough….get a life.

  8. comment number 8 by: Vigilante

HAM… You are a PC racist, right wing extremist hate monger. Don’t ya just love it!!?? LOL

I say screw CAIR and the bunch of goats they ride in on. If they don’t like it let’em dial 1-800-EAT SHIT.

I think it’s past time that WE start raggin on everything THEY do or say and I mean everything. Oh, by the way, I just purchased some “silver bullet” gun oil a week or so ago and everything has been well lubricated for it’s final destination. In fact, I even sent a couple of bottles to the Marines in Afghanistan in order to spread the good wishes of America towards the muslim “peace lovin” shit bags.

You’re right MM26, who really DOES give a shit what the muzzie shitbags think? I sure don’t, and it’s a crying ass shame that our perfumed up pussified generals worry more about diversity instead of the men under their command.

The US military has already admitted that “political correctness” resulted in, essentially, the deaths at the hands of Hassan. And yes, I like the Trijicon night sights on my P229 and P239.

  10. comment number 10 by: HoosierArmyMom

Gotta love Vigilante!!! Ditto on all your sentiments!!!!! If our gooberment wasn’t run by muzzie sympathizers, we would deport the whole bunch for the sake of National Security!!! “Silver Bullet Gun Oil for Troops” sounds like a cause I could get behind!!!!

  11. comment number 11 by: NativeSon

I own SEVERAL guns with Trijicon sites. NOW I LOVE ‘EM EVEN MORE THAN BEFORE!!!

Is there a PC way to kill someone (other than tax ‘em to death)?!? Which BHO is obviously trying to do to LEGAL Americans!!!

  12. comment number 12 by: TexasFred

Nope, there’s no PC way to KILL em…

Here’s the part that’s always pissed me off about those that want a PC war: War is a nasty endeavor, it is not for the weak of heart. It’s mean, evil, nasty and bloody. People are maimed, people die. That is the nature of the beast and there’s no NICE way to make war, and any asshat that thinks it can be done in a PC manner has never been to war!

But, if Obama and Company continue to acquiesce to the Muslims, we won’t have to worry about making war, we won’t be allowed to own a damned slingshot!

  13. comment number 13 by: Silver Fox

Its a crazy world out there and some will do anything to protect the enemy and expose our soldiers. I recall an old move “King of the Khyber Rifles” where the native soldiers were incorrectly told that the bullets they use were encased in pork oil-they had to bite off the tip before using.l Looking back that was funny. This however is not funny, lives are at stake and those groups like CAIR will do anything to hurt our troops and our country—enough is enough.

I killed my first bird Fred with a slingshot as you call it, never heard that term until I was grown —we has a different word “N****r Shooter”, but I will add mine was never used for that, but I would shoot stray dogs and cats.

The very first point of deviation for the MainScream Media is in the article title. It should read “MUSLIMS ANGRY AT THE DROP OF A HAT”. I have never encountered anything less tolerant, less forgiving, nor more aggressive and militant than (worldwide) Islam. U.S. Muslims are Muslims that do not practice true Islam. If you look at the global picture, the MAJORITY of world conflict and violence is because of the written (koran), historical, centuries-old mandate for Islam to be militant. And secondly, the MainSh%t Media has it wrong again, the rifles do not have “Bible verses”, again, another liberal exaggeration (*LIBERALS LOVE EXAGGERATION*), but the markings are a mere abstract and very-short reference/code. The rifle/scope company has agreed to provide kits to remove the “markings” and you can bet militant groups like CAIR will psychologically continue to accuse them all the duration. There will be no mutual respect or “thank you” from Islam.

Well, screw them. We do not subscribe to Allah.

  16. comment number 16 by: extex_cop

I sent some Care Packages to the troops in Iraq. Several of them contained bags of fried Pig Skins. I told them these were not for them to eat, but to place in the mouth of the ones they shot and killed. That way they would not be able to speak to Mohamed or even kiss the 72 virgins. It really messed up their souls going to the great beyond.

Kind of like the Ace of Spades we use to place on the VC when we killed them during the Vietnam War.

    I know……I’m a baaaaad boy !

  17. comment number 17 by: TexasFred

ExTex, yeah, you are, but you’re so damned GOOD at it…

  18. comment number 18 by: Patrick Sperry

When I read about this the first thing that I did was go and check the ones that I have… Nope, nothing there… Oh well.

Screw the muzzies, use the Jesus Rifles, pig fat lube, and anything else that will make their lives miserable.

Firm Will Remove Bible References From Gun Sights

A Michigan defense contractor will voluntarily stop stamping references to Bible verses on combat rifle sights made for the U.S. military, a major buyer of the company’s gear.

In a statement released Thursday, Trijicon of Wixom, Mich., says it is also providing to the armed forces free of charge modification kits to remove the Scripture citations from the telescoping sights already in use. The Marine Corps has purchased more than 200,000 Trijicon sights and the Army has bought about 100,000.

The references to Bible passages raised concerns that the citations break a government rule that bars proselytizing by American troops in Afghanistan and Iraq, which are predominantly Muslim countries.

A spokesman for U.S. Central Command initially said the Trijicon sights didn’t violate the ban and compared the citations on the sights to the “In God We Trust” inscription printed on U.S. currency.

On Thursday, however, Army Gen. David Petraeus, Central Command’s top officer, called the practice “disturbing.”

So, tell me General, why is this *disturbing*?

    That’s an answer we’ll never get…

I commented on this elsewhere. It made me ROFLMAO!!!!!! But then you think of all the bs pc that we suffer in this war? I specifically WANT one of those “Jesus scopes” to kill jihadi’s with. They’re trying to kill US in the name of their “god”, we should be able to defend ourselves in the Name of OURS.

For hunting mule deer,, I specialized in super long range.
    1000yards was a normal shot.
I have the equipment to dial in, and normally have a killshot on the first round, sometimes the second round, and rarely the third shot.
    100% kill was the norm.

I can still do it if necessary, on any breathing air animal.
    Yes, you get it.

My feelings, but I have none, is that Trjicon can inscribe anything they want as long as their telescopic sights keep the same quality as they have now.

There is no respect here towards the breathing life of anyone from any walks of life, who want to harm me, or kill me or harm my property. PERIOD.
Anyone who so much as tries to destroy any of my belongings, property, or friends of mine, will face the crosshairs of my scope.
And as said earlier, I don’t miss on the first shot,,,,unless I desire to. Mr Chuck.

  22. comment number 22 by: BobF

Petraeus calls it disturbing? I wonder if the thinks GI’s carrying bibles in their pockets and wearing religious medals and crosses around their necks is disturbing? I bet if CAIR starts complaining about that, they’ll forbid the troops from doing so.

  23. comment number 23 by: Katie

I’m in favor of writing biblical verses on all rockets, bombs and missiles we use on them!

  24. comment number 24 by: Vigilante

What has become of OUR military? We now have these perfumed up pussyassed generals putting our warriors at risk all because the whiningass aclu and their muslim shitbags are constantly whining about being offended, FUCK Allah and them too!!!!!!!! How was that for an offendi ??

Where’s MacArthur, Patton, Eisenhower, Kerry, Kerry??? Wasn’t he a general??? He got three purple hearts. Don’t that stand for something?? I guess he got all three from bumping his head under the admirals desk and that automatically enables you to be eligible to become a demorat senator.
    LOL

  25. comment number 25 by: Mr Pink Eyes

It is only a matter of time before Obama orders the references removed, there is no question that is coming. They declare a holy war on everyone that disagrees with them and then the complain because there are bible verses on our guns? Whatever, screw them!

  26. comment number 26 by: BobF

The scripture verses are only references, such as JN3:16 incorporated into the serial number. There aren’t even any words so you would have to get a bible and look up the passage reference.

  27. comment number 27 by: minuteman26

Would be nice if someone would just take care of CAIR so to speak. They’re becomming too much of a pain in the rear and they are afterall our enemy.

  28. comment number 28 by: Dick Robie

Not only should we inscribe the rifle scopes with biblical verses we should put them on the bullets as well. I dont usually cuss but who gives a shit wheather or not they like it. If they dont like it tell the peaceful Muslims to control what we so politically correctly call Radical Muslims-Bull crap. The all read the Koran. They cant control them because they all believe the same thing only some just act.

Send fire bombers over them loaded with Pig juice and just fire bomb them.

Bottomline is I have absolutly no sympathy at all for Muslims. When they become civilized -if that is possible - I will recant.

  29. comment number 29 by: Top John

What a load of crap. There’s no “proselytizing” going on. There’s no bible verses on the sights (only a reference to them), and I don’t really give a flying f^&k if there is or not. This is yet another instance of limp-wristed pansies catering to those that are offended whenever the wind blows in the wrong direction.

Why in the hell are we worried about offending those that we are about to inflict a sucking chest wound upon?
