MOGADISHU, Somalia (AP) — A suicide bomber and gunmen wearing military uniforms attacked a hotel near Somalia’s presidential palace Monday, sparking a running gun battle with security forces. At least 32 people were killed, including six Somali parliamentarians.
A parliamentarian who was at the Muna Hotel said there were “dead bodies all over” and he labeled the scene a massacre.
The multi-pronged assault came less than 24 hours after the country’s most dangerous militant group — al-Shabab — threatened a “massive” war against what it labeled as invaders, a reference to the 6,000 African Union troops in Mogadishu.
The attack on the Muna Hotel raised the two-day toll to at least 70 people, a high number even by Mogadishu’s violent standards. Fighting that rocked Mogadishu on Monday killed 40 people, health officials said.

Recently, I have been taken to task, again, by a certain unlinked individual that claims to be a conservative. He is a former libber that supposedly, according to his family members, saw the light after the attacks of 9-11.
Apparently, his bulb burned out. 
Now I am ridiculed for MY stand against Islam and ALL things and persons that ARE Islam. My sin, in his eyes? The fact that I posted these words in the comments section of a blog that was in the process of being overwhelmed by supporters of Islam and the supposed moderate Muslim that hasn’t blown anyone up yet.
I detest Islam and every goat loving turd that calls it a religion, and not being the most politically correct blogger from Texas, screw em, kill em ALL and let Allah sort em out!
That my friends, is exactly how I feel about Islam, those that support Islam, those that are too gutless to speak out against Islam.
That also pretty much covers my feelings regarding the ILLEGALS that are still invading our nation in overwhelming numbers too. But that is another story.
I make NO apology to ANYONE for those feelings. If that makes me a racist or a bigot, so be it. We are at WAR Ladies and Gentlemen, a WAR that we didn’t start! We are fighting for our lives as Americans, Christian and Jew, and anyone that doesn’t oppose those that seek to kill us is nothing more than a COWARD of the 1st order!

The actions OF those that follow the Islamic teachings, the silence of those that claim to be the moderate and non-violent followers of Islam, the very words of the Qur’an itself, all tend to make me believe that there are Muslims out there that want to go to WAR against ALL people of the world not like them, and cut their heads off.
And, in the spirit of *fair and balanced*, there are Muslims out there that are killing more Muslims than they are Christians and Jews.
I don’t have a problem with that. Just sayin’…

When I begin to see so-called “moderate” Muslims disavow so-called “radical Islam,” denounce them, denounce their tactics, their cult of death, their hate of anyone having a religion other than theirs, their terrorist acts, their IEDs, their human bombs, their intolerance, their radical Shariah -
- when I see and hear “moderate” Muslims do this en masse, then I SWEAR I’ll take back EVERY negative word or thought I’ve written or considered about Islam. I’ll write about Islam having a chance. I’ll write about Islam being an actual religion of peace and tolerance. I’ll write about Islam having a chance at embracing the truly positive gifts this world and this God has given us.
I shall, however, believe that only when I see that. And you already know the outcome: it won’t happen.
Which is why I go back to my mantra: Islam IS as Islam DOES.
Swap the word “Islam” with “Catholic” and see what the reactions of this nation and the rest of the world would be.

The fact that no moderate Muslims bother to come out and distance themselves from the radicals makes us think that they condone the terrorist actions. It is up to them to prove to us otherwise, but yet they remain silent. So we have to assume that they agree with the radicals. The fact that we have to be told every day that Islam is a religion of peace also tells us that it isn’t. If it were nobody would feel the need to remind us.
